At no time did he tell me about the problem or the potential charge. I needed a dryer, so I went ahead and paid because dryer was now running. The rep then told me if it breaks again within the next ninety days, he would need to come back and replace the belt. Two months later, October 2026, the dryer is not running. I called to make an appointment and was told the belt would cost 261.00 for a 150.00 dollar item. I cancelled the appointment. It is obvious that the rep knew what the problem was when he came the first time. I think he saw that I needed a dryer, because my clothes were laid out in the garage, and he took advantage. Almost 600.00 dollars to fix a nine year old dryer is insane. I can not stand to deal with people who take advantage of people who are in need. I was told by another person that it is the motor that is going bad in my dryer and that a belt would not fix the problem. How dare you do that to people, I believe what goes around will come around. I believe that some of your people will be treated the exact same way that you have treated me and others. I would never, never use these people again, nor recommend them again because they take advantage of people.
