The level of professionalism from the paid coaches down to the volunteer managers is amazing, and a sign of the quality leadership in this nonprofit club. The most impressive thing about Troy Soccer Club is that they are truly invested in every single player, to make them the best they can be on an individual level. While wins are important at the club level, this is not a 'win at all costs' organization. Every player that makes a team plays. No favorites, no bench-warmers. Not all clubs have this mentality.

This is strictly a money grab...$215 x 180 kids ( making $38,700- 4 day camp) When I contacted Aaron Byrd, he confirmed the issue regarding lack of water, but assured me to bring my grandson back or he would issue a full refund. My grandson was scared to return. When I contacted Aaron for the refund he refused and sent me a rude text accusing my grandson of lying. I tried emailing with Marissa Byrd...multiple times...and her response was to send me the cancellation policy. I eventually was sent $75 as "good faith/hush" money. Which I am sending back along with their shirt. I have filed a complaint with miLeap, and have contacted my local high schools to spread the word about this organization.

Know your audience. 11 year olds do not deserve to be treated that way. You embarrassed her in front of her teammates & for the rest of the training session she was timid for fear of making a mistake that would upset the trainer. We have attended Next Level for 5+ years. We will never voluntarily come back. Unfortunately, our club makes training at NLT mandatory so we will have to suck it up. This trainer has a bad reputation in the soccer community for being a jerk & he proved that. If you go to NLT regularly, you know who I am talking about. Not every kid responds to negative training techniques . He has no place teaching younger kids.

We have never had a problem parking, even during busy tournaments. There is a small snack bar and vending machines for drinks and munchies. The facility is clean and the staff were great. Refs are what you would expect, hit or miss with some better than others. We have been here several times for tournaments and wish we had a place like this near us.
