Decent place to play indoor soccer or lacrosse. It does need a good deep clean but the staff is nice and the facility is run well.

The location we were originally scheduled to play at was changed last minute to a much further location for us, but it ended up being worth it. A few family members of mine had conflicts and had to pull their players last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and i9 was kind enough to refund them. We're currently playing at a middle school and the process it is very well run by i9. My child is in the youngest age bracket so I appreciate they have been scheduled earlier in the morning as to avoid harsh heat. The staff have been accommodating when teams are missing coaches, always ensuring there are caring coaches ready to assist young players in learning. Our coaches have shared that they were given all materials and it's been very easy to follow along and coach with little experience. Our fees included a jersey and a medal for each participant. My son was hesitant to participate but has really opened up and looks forward to playing!

I selected advanced for his final season but it seemed he was still on a team with beginners. Overall I have been pleased with i9 for the support and practice it gave my son before he begins an official soccer league!!

This is strictly a money grab...$215 x 180 kids ( making $38,700- 4 day camp) When I contacted Aaron Byrd, he confirmed the issue regarding lack of water, but assured me to bring my grandson back or he would issue a full refund. My grandson was scared to return. When I contacted Aaron for the refund he refused and sent me a rude text accusing my grandson of lying. I tried emailing with Marissa Byrd...multiple times...and her response was to send me the cancellation policy. I eventually was sent $75 as "good faith/hush" money. Which I am sending back along with their shirt. I have filed a complaint with miLeap, and have contacted my local high schools to spread the word about this organization.

Know your audience. 11 year olds do not deserve to be treated that way. You embarrassed her in front of her teammates & for the rest of the training session she was timid for fear of making a mistake that would upset the trainer. We have attended Next Level for 5+ years. We will never voluntarily come back. Unfortunately, our club makes training at NLT mandatory so we will have to suck it up. This trainer has a bad reputation in the soccer community for being a jerk & he proved that. If you go to NLT regularly, you know who I am talking about. Not every kid responds to negative training techniques . He has no place teaching younger kids.

I have track and soccer athletes and the training helped them become stronger and faster! My 11 year old daughter knocked seconds off of her 400m time after training with Redline! The skill part (where kids get to focus on their favorite sport) is my son's favorite part, recognizing that the fitness part is building the foundation for growth in any sport. The staff wants committed athletes, so be prepared to have your kids work hard (while having fun). Redline truly wants to see the kids progress by recognizing and focusing on their opportunities. I love the benchmark testing every three months which highlights for the athletes' improvements as well as ongoing opportunities to get better. This is not a gym to pass time...this is an athletic center where your kids will get out of it what they put into it...which involves focus and hard work. I also cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the facility. I don't believe there has been a single day that we have attended where the staff was not disinfecting, vacuuming, etc. In addition, I love the lounge where I can sit and read/work while my child is working out, or simply drop-off and run errands. Finally, the flexibility in training (just show-up at any interval that works with your schedule) ensures we can find times that work each week. My child enjoys their workouts. He enjoys getting better at basketball with the fun trainers. Thank you Redline for promoting a lifetime of health and fitness in our children!

They offer a lot more than I use, tennis, kids classes, a field house. The gym is excellent for me. They have a wide variety of equipment, which is plus for me. There is a good amount of free weights, dumbbells, and kettle bells. The Sports Club has a some cable equipment, and a QueenEx (like a jungle gym) which has TRX-type equipment. They have a number of machines. There is not a lot of open space in the gm, but there is enough room for normal workout. At a couple of times the gym can be packed, but normally there is plenty of space. And, there are times the gym is completely empty. There is a cardio section on a different level from the gym, which has treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, etc...They also have a short track around the gym area, which people walk. The classes are very good. Most people could get by taking the classes (which are included) in place of a personal trainer (they have those, as well). My Favorite thing - Towell service. I need a towel when I workout, and I cannot express how much I love that The Sports Club has them available. They do a pretty good job keeping the facility clean. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating. The only real downside for me is the building needs some upkeep, and the parking is a disaster - think grocery store. The club is on the expensive side for running on a treadmill, but it is well priced if you make use of all the club offers.
