The inside has been completely renovated and their approach to processing game and running the business is exceptional. Older negative review should be completely disregarded and has a big game hunter who prefers to process 100% of his own harvest, I will be taking much of my game here in the future. At my request they deboned the meat and use no saws and cutting of steaks or bones so there is zero bone fragments or marrow on my elk.
