The store is always clean and well stocked, but the biggest difference is the staff. Your staff should be commended as these traits are what makes paying a little extra for our groceries a bit easier. You get what you pay for!!! Bravo!!!

After making Marrisa aware that I purposely pass several Food Lion competitors just to shop there, mainly for the produce, she saw to it that my continued shopping experience was positive. Marrisa made me feel seen as a person and valued as a customer. I will continue to shop at Food Lion as long as you have a management team that understand how to deliver such brilliant customer service. I hope her hard work doesn't go unnoticed.

This place feels a lot like it... but... I don't know. Part of it is probably the location, right in the middle of industrial Elm Hill Pike. Part of it is the ambiance, which feels more like a small warehouse than a store. Part of it is the very blase attitude of the employees: they're very whatever, when I'm looking for a smile and some chitchat. They've got lots of great snacks and they're cheap cheap cheap. Stuff looks like vending food stuff and at least 25% cheaper. Loving that. There's janitorial stuff, business stuff, office supplies, that kind of thing. You can get in and out there faster than Sam's, and it's reasonably priced, but it's got a chilly attitude, and not very inviting.

I really like that they sell the 20oz Coke products. Most places only carry the 16oz versions. Although I have never really asked any questions of the staff, this place has always been friendly to me. I wish they had later hours in the evening and open on weekends, but I understand because their client base is probably not large enough to warrant paying someone to stay open later. Nashville seems to be in short supply for places like this. I'm glad Merchant Mart is here for concessions type businesses.

When I had a quick question about where to find an item, someone pointed me in the right direction right away. Even though the store had a steady crowd, the checkout lines moved quickly, and I was on my way in no time. Overall, it's a dependable grocery store with a good selection, fair prices, and helpful staff. It's one of my favorite places to shop, and I'll definitely keep coming back.

Greater Nashville was sorely missing an international market like this, and I hope this is the beginning of even more global grocery opportunities coming to Music City. My husband and I visited on a Friday, and ended up spending almost two hours here exploring all of the aisles. The produce section is gorgeous and well organized, with lots of fun fruits, vegetables, herbs, and more. Pantry aisles are broken down by culture, with offerings from many Asian countries, and even some Mexican favorites too. Pan-Asia has two whole aisles for instant noodles and ramen, and we brought several of those items home with us. There's also a robust frozen section, along with plenty of meat and fish options. We didn't dine at the market this time around, as it was a busy Saturday, but we definitely noted it for next time. Check out was quick with no waiting in line, and the prices felt fair for the amount of food we purchased. We can't wait to go back!
