You can either go to a restaurant and order her pork chops, or you can catch her at one of the local farmer's market and grab her pork chops. She (owner) is worth getting to know because she lovingly raises her animals for us, the consumer. Nothing like knowing the family that raises your food. They also do CSA shares where you can buy a basket of vegetables (in season) from her every week. Her bacon is delicious, as well. Not too salty, not to sweet, cured with celery juice. Her food is amazing. If you can swing purchasing your food from local farmers, you really should. Food in grocery stores that are raised in feedlots have a lot of medication in them to keep disease down. I don't think this is a good idea for feeding your family. I think that clean food from local farmers is safer for you and your children, and your animals. Just an opinion. Know who raises your food. ^5
