The playground and tennis courts are merely separated by a parking lot therefore it is easy to transition between the two. Our four year old has begun taking tennis lessons from her daddy and we usually do not have to wait for an opening in the morning. There are four tennis courts and they are well maintained. Our 2.5 year old does not share the same interest as her sister and her attention span is relatively short. So after participating in a few drills and playing ball girl, she would request to go to the playground. The playground has a rubberized surfacing with several climbing structures, four slides, a swaying boat, and swing set. The playground does not get overly crowded and there are plenty to keep our girls entertained. There is a sheltered section that's great for families to hang out when it gets overly hot. There is one small con though - the only bathroom is a porta potty by the parking lot. Fortunately we have yet to make use of it and I hope it stays that way.

A mom-of-two's (a toddler and preschooler) straight-forward review -…read more Pros: 1) There are two sections - one for younger children with a ginormous boat equipped with small slides and one for older children with zipline, climbing cargo nets, swings, and steep slides. 2) The playground is tucked away in a residential area and was not crowded or busy during our visit. 3) Space is vast with plenty of room for children to run about and expense their energy. Cons: 1) It's hard to find a single complaint...but I guess if I had to name one, there are plenty of parking but they are not close to the playground. Then again, the purpose to visit a playground isn't merely for children to have fun, but it is also an opportunity for adults to collect vitamin D and log some steps!

The flooring in the entrance​ way is nice. See? One positive thing. 4. Kids teams and leagues. Here is the only reason that this isn't one star. Getting here is harder because it's on a smaller street and easy to miss. There's a nature center so you can also get educated about the great outdoors. Get here and check out the many things to do. It has things for the whole family. The bicycle and walking paths give visitors some good views. It actually is a bigger park than it looks. There's some nice bridges that goes over the DuPage River. A lot of athletic facilities are here. There's baseball, basketball, and tennis. Also there's a disc golf course. The course is pretty challenging but fun. Have fun playing a few games or just come and check out the views from the bridges. It may be best known for the disc golf course but it has plenty more to offer. This is also popular for bicycling and the trails connect it to other parks.
