    Wedding pics! :)

This is our favorite park! There is a nature center here, clean indoor restrooms (impressed with the cleanliness), rivers, a creek, a pond, couple spots for picnics, canoeing/kayaking, over 5 miles of trails, multiple fields and even nets for disc golf! The wooded areas make for a great place to set up a hammock and just bum out. The trails are great for biking and training. I ran a half marathon a few years ago and came here often. Some parts of the trail are shaded and mostly paved but some parts are unpaved which is nice. I remember when I was training I always wanted to switch up my routes and this park allowed me to do that. The paths are wide also which makes it easy to pass people going a slower pace. The paths are awesome to bike on too- smooth and even! Also, we actually took some of our wedding photos here a few years ago because of the beautiful scenery and we're so glad we did! The trail and bridges made for some amazing backdrops. It was very quiet and there are plenty of choices if there's a lot of people out. You also don't need a permit to take photos here. A couple other outdoor photo options we were weighing had a fee attached to taking wedding photos, not here! Parking isn't as big as you'd think. We've often had to circle a few times to find a spot on a nice weekend. Recommend visiting this park 100%!

Great little park! My youngest loves climbing the rock wall to the slide and my oldest loves being spun in the Bond Villain style round chair. I like how there's a little something for younger kids too. The pond and trails nearby are beautiful. My kids even saw a turtle and a frog. The nature center is beautiful. We especially like the fish tank. There's also 2 small exhibits that show how the nature center uses recycled rain water and allow the kids to see and feel animal pelts. Clean bathrooms and great trails make this park perfect for a day out or a play date spot.

Really cool disc golf course here. Full 18 hole slab, the fairways vary in length, a directional sign points you to the next hole and the course is kept up really well. The beginning of the course contours the DuPage River, which seemed to be calling for my sons disc. By the 5th hole the river had finally won. Luckily there was an abundancy of extra long branches in the area, one of which helped me with retrieval. No complaints here..just a great course. Cheers.

It is absolutely beautiful. I run there all the time and go for hikes. They have endless trails and amazing scenery. You can also find a lot of deer just strolling the paths. I recommend going before sunrise and during sunset, it is especially beautiful around these times. Hope you go and enjoy

Knock Knolls park has gotten a major face lift in the last couple years. I admittedly have not been to this park in a long time because the disc golf coarse was sub par and not well kept. Totally different story now. They expanded the coarse 9 more holes and they are all well maintained now. The only gripe I have that is keeping this from 5 stars is that all the holes are pretty short and unimaginative. Glad this park is finally getting the attention it deserves. On a side note there is a nice new bike path and a rec center I didnt venture into.

Love the new park design. Some wooded holes, some long holes and some tight shots. Good variety of shots

Terrific place to bike in wooded terrain, let your dog run free, and especially nice for cross-country skiing in the winter.

The playground outside is a plus and great to get wiggles out before entering the nature center.

Wolf's Crossing Community Park - The splash pad @ Wolf's Crossing is great. It's the perfect FREE activity for a hot summer day!

IT TAKES A VILLAGE…read more Raising children is hard, but Wolf's Crossing Community Park makes life a bit easier. Located on the Naperville / Oswego border where 95th St dead-ends into Wolf's Crossing Rd, this public park incorporates 33 acres of carefully planned and meticulously maintained space. It's the perfect answer when asked by your kid for the umpteenth time "wHaT aRe wE dOoOiNg ToDaY?" This complex features a playground, splash pad, covered pavilion, basketball courts, sand volleyball, tennis/pickleball courts, a lookout point with sledding hill and a ninja warrior obstacle course. It connects to various biking trails and there's onsite public bathrooms with plenty of parking. The ~100ft zipline is a standout feature and draws a considerable line on busier days. Watching kids nearly get yeeted off into the bushes makes for great theater! I assume the weight limit is 200lbs so next time I'ma have a go at it (get outta my way, kids!) The only thing missing is concessions, as the lone pop machine near the restrooms didn't appear to work. I think there's enough people here on a routine basis to warrant building a snack shop! I'd love to serve nachos and root beer to hungry peeps, as long as I got paid $25/hr. * TL;DR * This idyllic, multi-faceted rec area is fully deserving of its perfect rating. Wolf's Crossing Community Park was built with young children and special accommodations in mind, easily accessible to all ages & abilities. The fam spent several hours here (granted, most of them were confined to the splash pad) and we barely scratched the surface. I can't wait to beast through that legit obstacle course some day when I remember to wear close-toed shoes. Ain't no way my clumsy ass is making it through there in flip flops. WCCP has tons of what we in the gaming realm refer to as "replayability", essentially, is there enough stuff to do on repeat visits? You bet there is! See for yourself, check them out before summer's gone!

My daughter loves it here, we will definitely be back! What a fun way to cool off in the summer…read moreheat!
