After going to a physical therapist for years with very little results, I asked my facebook friends if anyone knew a good chiropractor and Josh Seubold won, so after being warned off of chiropractors by doctors, I thought I'd give it a try. I couldn't believe the results with Dr. Josh after a short period of time. If you are in pain, don't hesitate! read more

fantastic and thorough! I knew as soon as I walked in that I was among Palmer graduates who KNOW how properly examine and adjust. I was listened to and wasn't sold a bunch of junk. Dr. Henry was kind and gentle and almost instantly relived pain I'd had for six months. medical doctors kept wanting to give me nerve blockers instead of trying to heal my foot. definitely recommend!!! read more

Seubold Chiropractic Clinic are terrible, untrustworthy people. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST FOR TREATMENT COVERED BY INSURANCE. I was rear-ended by a truck in May and went Seubold to get checked for spinal injuries. I was a new patient and they saw me the same day. For that I am appreciative. However, at the end of that initial treatment I was ready to pay for the session and the receptionist told me I didn't need to pay because they would handle it with the insurance company. Over the next 6 weeks, I had 6 additional visits/treatments. I was not asked to pay on any of those occasions. The insurance company handling the claim was very slow in processing it. My final treatment was on June 21 and I requested and received the accumulated charges from Seubold on June 25 (despite the statement being dated June 30) and I forwarded the charges to the insurance company that same day. Over the remainder of the summer and until November 23 the only contact Seubold Chiropractic had with me were two texts suggesting I come in for a checkup, which I did not feel I needed. Nothing about a bill even though I had been waiting for one. On November 23, I received a letter from Seubold showing an outstanding bill, and most critically, they had filed a medical lien on me on AUGUST 17. Up to that point they had not sent me a bill and again, nothing until Friday, November 23. I had not even settled with the insurance company until August 23, a week _after_ the lien was filed. When I received the letter including the lien, it was too late on that Friday to drive to Seubold to pay it. I went the next morning they were open and immediately paid the bill and expressed my displeasure how it was handled. The receptionist told me the billing clerk was still on Thanksgiving vacation. I told the receptionist I expected the clerk to contact me to explain why they filed the lien. THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME SEUBOLD FILES A LIEN ON ALL INSURANCE CLIENTS. It has been 17 days since I went into the office and paid. The clerk has still not contacted me to explain their actions and lack of notification prior to filing the lien. I could have and was ready to pay the bill at any time from the first day I walked in their business. But they told me they would handle it with the insurance company. With my health insurance, I know the insurance company negotiates with the care provider on the cost of the charges. And I know that insurance billing takes months, seemingly forever. I was waiting and waiting to receive a final bill to see if there was an adjustment to the charges. Instead, I received a lien. read more

After having back pain for almost 2 yrs, I swallowed my fear of chiropractors and tried it for the first time. Dr. Josh was highly recommended by a friend and I can say that I now understand why. The entire office is great!! My pain has GREATLY decreased after just a couple adjustments and I am sleeping so well! Couldn't have asked for a better doctor or better experience. They didn't break my bank account and didn't try to tell me I had to do adjustments for the rest of my life. They truly care about me and making my life as healthy and happy as they can! read more
