If you are looking for a job in the chiropractic field I honestly would not recommend working at Elite Chiropractic based on my personal experience there. The work environment was extremely stressful and often felt very unprofessional. There was a constant sense of pressure, micromanagement, and lack of communication between staff and management. Employees were expected to handle multiple responsibilities at once with very little support, and even when tasks were completed, it still felt like there was always criticism over small things.
I also experienced situations where concerns were addressed in a hostile or confrontational manner instead of professionally and respectfully. Rather than feeling like a team environment, it often felt tense and uncomfortable, especially when trying to balance front desk responsibilities, patient care tasks, scheduling, phones, insurance work, and cleaning duties all at the same time.
Overall, it took a toll on my stress levels and mental well-being, and I personally believe there are healthier and more supportive workplaces out there. I just think it's important for people to know what kind of environment they may be walking into before accepting a position there. read more
