I was assured that my account was canceled, and that I would no longer be billed. I was never asked to sign anything. So because they never asked me to sign the cancelation I was charged again and my checking account was charged an overdraft fee of $35. When I called to have them rectify the situation, they explained that they do not do refunds, and that I would need to sign a cancelation of my contract. Which I had all ready taken care of when in office for last visit. They basically told me that it's my fault that they didn't cancel my policy. I was charged a for a service I no longer want nor need. Instead of owning up to their clerical error I am being punished for the incompetence of their staff! I have been made to feel so unwelcome as to even returning. They do not care if it was their mistake and they do not care about their clients. In the end I lost $104.99 because of staff incompetence and them lying. Do not go to this place ever, they won't even allow people to leave reviews on Google because of how many bad reviews they get from their unethical and shady billing practices!

They take ample time with each patient and are very thorough which is very important. Without insurance it is $35 for each appointment. I paind $85 for my appointment that included x-rays on my knee. I got my results within 45-ish minutes. Not bad at all! Before every appointment (in most cases) they have machines that massage your mucles and make your chiropractic that much more awesome. I am very happy with this place.
