He was never really given a…read morespecific diagnosis, but Dr. Belinga said it sounded like Parkinson's, so he prescribed medication. For the last year and a half, my husband has gone for appointments at the satellite offices in Oklahoma - first, Stigler, then Sallisaw. He has never felt the doctors have been very personal in their responses to his questions; they would not give specific, concrete answers about his symptoms or diagnosis. Then, on October 9th, he went for his appointment in Sallisaw, and no one from Belinga Clinic showed up. He called multiple times to the Fort Smith office but didn't get an answer. They never called to reschedule, and we have no idea if they are even still in business. We are finished with Belinga.

I have been a patient here for over a year. Up till today it was very good. Today (5/12/25) however…read morewas terrible. I saw "Rick" for my Dementia medication. I voiced concerns that it was making me gain weight. He stated that they have "thrown everything they can at me" and asked what I wanted them to do. He then proceeded to imply i was just lazy and this was my fault. I also have severe neuropathy and tried to discuss this with him as well. I mentioned that i had back problems from the army that likely was the cause. For some reason he felt the need to let me know he was Asian and asked if I contracted agent orange. I told him I was never in Asia and he just said "Oh". He then told me I had to pick one problem the discuss that he wouldn't discuss them both even though this is where I receive treatment for both. At this point I had enough and walked out. I did tell the front desk what had happened and that he was rude, disrespectful and that I would never come back there again. The doctors that normally had seen me were no longer there and I can only guess that this is why such a change.

I was referred to this facility due to a confusion of a previous neck surgery and a host of…read morecomplications. On the very first visit, I was told it would need a surgical fix. There was additional testing needed and surgery would be scheduled soon after tests completion. I do want to say insurance is a challenge but their office is NOT up to the task. Last straw was getting an approval for another test and it sitting there with nothing scheduled. In the rare times you can actually speak to someone I was denied pain management or even a different muscle relaxer as I'm in pain and these delays are just making me suffer more. The answer, "We don't do that.". The final straw is not just months of delay but the last tests approval has been sitting in their office approved for over two weeks and it's not scheduled. No phone calls are returned and the time and money spent this far a waste as I either take it or start all over. I've lost all confidence that they have the ability to care for me and wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone.

I was here two hours past my appointment time. This was my first visit ever here. I finally got…read morecalled back to examination area where i sat for another 45 minutes waiting to be seen. While waiting i kept hearing someone in the hall talking on his cell phone having a good ol chat with what sounded to be their buddy. It turned out this was my Doctor. So instead of seeing patients he was yacking on his cell phone.Then to top it off he only saw me for 30 seconds. He made me feel like because im not a $300,000 surgical case i wasnt worth his time. Then when he left the exam room and went to his office to dictated my medical info he left his office door open and spoke so loudly everyone in the patient exam areas could hear what he was saying about my personal info.
