For the last year and a half, my husband has gone for appointments at the satellite offices in Oklahoma - first, Stigler, then Sallisaw. He has never felt the doctors have been very personal in their responses to his questions; they would not give specific, concrete answers about his symptoms or diagnosis. Then, on October 9th, he went for his appointment in Sallisaw, and no one from Belinga Clinic showed up. He called multiple times to the Fort Smith office but didn't get an answer. I mentioned that i had back problems from the army that likely was the cause. For some reason he felt the need to let me know he was Asian and asked if I contracted agent orange. I told him I was never in Asia and he just said "Oh". He then told me I had to pick one problem the discuss that he wouldn't discuss them both even though this is where I receive treatment for both. At this point I had enough and walked out. I did tell the front desk what had happened and that he was rude, disrespectful and that I would never come back there again. The doctors that normally had seen me were no longer there and I can only guess that this is why such a change.
