She went over all my X-rays and treatment plan with me and made sure to answer any questions. I have a little bit of dental anxiety, but she immediately put me at ease. Her assistant Amy took my X-rays and did my cleaning. Both ladies made sure I was comfortable and kept checking in with me throughout the process. My front tooth had a stain on it and she spent extra time polishing that up for me before the cleaning. The office is located in a "home" type building, so lookout for the big white sign out front. Plenty of on street parking when I went. The waiting room has a Keurig and plenty of kcups to choose from. They offer specialty zoom whitening treatments that I'm definitely considering. All the ladies in the office were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Passineau and her awesome team!

She is super sweet and happy. Very gentle and tells you exactly what is going on. She spends time with each of her patients and really gets to know you. Candace cleaned my teeth today, and she did an awesome job as well! The whole process from sign in to check out is very easy, and the waiting room is quite welcoming. They took X-rays knowing they would not be covered instead of sending her to a hospital to get the X-rays done. Then they sent a legal notice to a person in SSI with an intellectual disability that they need to pay for the X-ray.

The first delay in her seeing me after my first surprise hospital stay was kind of on me, but when I tried to remedy that a while later, I was shut down by her (trash) staff. They were struggling, you see, to work on the cancellations from Barillare GOING ON VACATION. That's not my problem. And if her staff is that badly trained that they'd get snotty and condescending about it with me, and they most definitely did, that's on HER. And then I started reading my file notes, entered by her, on my patient portal. I mean ... at least half were outright wrong. She sits in the room with you, types away, and clearly isn't listening. I wanted a second opinion about something, so I made an appointment with another family practitioner, which of course she saw in my file. Did she ask me about it? Nope. We had one last (unsatisfactory) appointment during which she neither did or said anything useful, and after that, she vanished as my PCP. She just ... quit ... without an explanation. This is now why I refer to her as Dr. Barelythere. She's earned that. These are just a couple of highlights. Good riddance to bad rubbish, I say. Love my new PCP, btw. She's engaged, she follows up, and she makes me feel valued.
