I originally took my 4 year old here to get cavities filled after being referred from another dentist , they made the appointment and said they'd be filled then , we drove over an hour to get to this place , sat in the waiting room with dirty chairs, walls, dirty and broken ceiling tiles, dirty bathrooms, and a poor excuse of a toy area for kids with broken and dirty toys. File shelves that are all empty like they rushed to set up a shady business just for show ... we finally get called back and snd find out they are NOT filling his cavities and try to say he didn't have 3 he had 10. They don't have a proper medical scale, the floors of the rooms are dirty, a TOOTH left on the floor. The actual dentist came in, bad attitude, in a rush, looked in my son's mouth for all of 10 seconds and tried to say my son would need full sedation and neither parent could be present but can't give a reason as to why !!? This place seems extremely shady, they don't give you proper answers for the procedures, no cameras, unprofessional, unclean, not the proper equipment at all . Needless to say after fighting with them for months we got TWO other opinions for our now 5 year old and he in fact DOES NOT have 10 cavities nor does he need fully sedated ! I was then placed in a room and she came in and told me about what foods cause cavities and how to brush my son's teeth. I was charged $20 for this conversation on top of the "exam". PRIOR to making the appointment, I called and ask if they took my insurance. I was told yes, absolutely. So I scheduled the appointment. I paid what the difference would have been after what my insurance should have paid. I then got a bill in the mail for the balance. I called and was told by the billing person that she would reach out to the insurance and see what the issue was because they definitely participated with my insurance. She called back a couple weeks later and said that they do participate with my insurance just not my plan specifically. Had I known this, I would've never made the appointment. I made it based off of information directly from their office. I've now had threatening voicemails from the billing person saying they are sending me to collections and when I called back to address the issue she told me she never told me that they took my insurance. This place will charge you for a $20 for a one sided conversation of basic common knowledge and $130 to barely peek in your child's mouth with a wooden tongue depressor. They will LIE TO YOU just to get you in the door and then make you pay cash. After making a google review I saw these other reviews and they have a history of this behavior.

Then come to find out that they are out of network which ended up costing us over $100 for an appointment that would have cost us $0 for in network. Apparently you have to ask the correct questions to get the correct answers. Asking "Do you accept our insurance" gives you a generic answer, of course they will accept our insurance. Must ask "Are you in network with our insurance company". I could never recommend this dentist to anyone unless you are sure that you have excess money to throw their way. The model train that zipped around the ceiling was fun to follow and watch; the neat TVs that the children can pick and watch a cartoon or movie is just making adults super jealous that this is not their dentist appointment! My daughter got to use her senses to experience being at the dentist--the kind dental assistant explained all the tools to clean my daughter's teeth and at the end, the dentist came by to check that everything was in order before culminating in my child picking a new Disney-themed toothbrush and a prize out of the prize bin. The staff took extra precautions with covid with having everyone wear masks and even having children sanitize their hands before picking prizes out of the prize bin. It was a very warm and gentle dental experience leaving my daughter feeling secure in going to the dentist and telling me many times on the car ride home: " Mama, I LOVE going to the dentist!"
