I was referred to him for an urgent consultation by Dr. DeMarco following an epidural injection. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Blam was deeply disappointing. He entered the room abruptly and defensively asked, "Why are you here?" because he had already read my MRI report. When we explained the referral to discuss a treatment plan for my herniated disc, he was dismissive and interrupted us, stating he could do nothing if we were seeking surgery. He then made a blanket assumption about my insurance, claiming Aetna would not cover surgery, without even knowing my specific policy details. While I have had excellent experiences within this practice with Dr. Adams, Dr. DeMarco, and Amy Holloway, Dr. Blam's rude, disrespectful demeanor left my husband and me completely stunned. I will not return to him and cannot recommend his care.

I was on time, but the practice was pitch black. As I was leaving at 6:15 someone gets my attention from the end of the hall saying something I couldn't hear clearly. Sushanki opens the door, and I commented about not scheduling a 6 am appointment to wait for SOMEone (anyone) to arrive at 6:15. She did not apologize but talked about the rain and traffic and life happens, etc. I tried to share my concerns with her one-on-one before I got into my session with my PT tech, Evan, who I wasn't aware I was being transitioned to, and she stood over me with her arms crossed even though I invited her to sit with me stating, "I don't sit ever," although she say due the majority of my evaluation appointment. She had a rebuttal for all my concerns, said I was calling her a liar, and was very combative. I ended the conversation by agreeing to disagree. I felt disrespected, that my time was not valued, and that she is not the best practitioner for my care going forward. I changed my future appointments to another therapist. If I can be on time, she should be as well. If I'm late, I have to reschedule and pay a missed appointment fee.

Wait times were always reasonable and I never had problems with billing or any other hassles like that. Dr. Dreese himself seemed like a nice guy. He took the time to explain my injury to me and was happy to answer any questions that I had. The support staff (x-ray techs, nurses, etc) were all very courteous and professional. Thankfully I didn't need surgery so I didn't get the "full experience" so to speak.

They kept pointing down at the form saying, "just sign it". Ummm no? Then, for what reason I don't know, they asked me what I do for a living. Relevant how? I told them I have a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and they fell silent. My experience with the other receptionist was no less uncomfortable. They seem very unhappy for whatever reason and it comes across in their interactions with patients. The second part of this review is for billing. I have been trying to get the charges reversed on my VISA card for ~week now, and the front desk tells me I have to call billing. Billing tells me I have to call the front desk. Then billing says they'll call me back and they never do. So now I have to file a dispute with my Bank. For what? They used the wrong card for payment. I just want to reverse that charge, then pay with my FSA account. I'm going to pay them and they'll get their money same day they reverse the charge. Should be super simple but all I get is attitude and misdirection. There are plenty of places to get PRP. I won't be returning here in spite of Dr. Packer's excellent service. I was being seen by a doctor in this office after a motor vehicle accident so claims were being paid by my auto insurance (pip insurance). On my third visit the receptionist advised me that my pip insurance had been exhausted. I knew it hadn't after only 2 visits so I called my auto insuance. The claims adjuster there advised me that only $300 of $1500 was used to-date. When I spoke to the off-site manager on the phone, she let it slip that pip auto insurance hadn't paid claims in over 90 days. Therefore, the pip claims were now being submitted to my health insurance instead and I needed to pay $40 to be seen. Apparently (to me) they were wanting to bill my health insurance for faster payments. My opinion is that if pip insurance is historically slow to pay, don't accept those patients for care. To add insult to injury, two grown a-s women (staff) sat in the corner ROFL while I went back and forth with the manager. It was humiliating. I won't be back. I will try another provider. I would not recommend this office for care.

Sethi and January and he was convinced it was my back period sent me to an MRI for it told me that I need to get a shot. Send me to a pain management, pain management doctor advised me was not my back it was my hip got a MRI for my hip. Dr. Says he then sent me back to dr. Soudan to get an injection in my hip. The pain management for did not want to do the injection because he said I have fractures and torn labrum and bone spurs and was confident that it will not relieve my pain, budget the shot anyways her doctor said these orders. Advise dr. Sethi that I was still in pain and still hurt to rotate my leg he referred me to Charles Mess jr. I met with the doctor over 3 times didn't multiple MRIs for him to send me to an oncologist. He sent me to an oncologist without a referral and explanation. Oncologist season 2 was over an hour away and when I went to see him the ecologist was shocked and surprised that I was even there because there was no reason for me to actually be there. Dr. Charles Mess has never even done a blood test on me and advise me that blood test will not even show if I have cancer or not. To make a long story short send to Dr at least 8 times within 2 months and the doctors never had a plan for me,just kept referring me out and running tons mris and set up my insurance. Have made formal complaints to their office manager and was told sorry and good luck to you. It's to the point now that I'm believing to hire a lawyer because I believe they're committing some sort of fraud. I have made formal complaints as well to United Healthcare choice plus plan. Warning do not go find a reputable highly praise office. I wish I would have read Yelp and other reviews before I even considered this office.
