I was in a rollover car crash and was never seen behind the wheel and no witnesses pointed me as the driver.. the driver seatbelt was lock in as if the driver wasn't wearing it, passenger seatbelt was locked out and my friend had pictures taken of his seatbelt rash. And I was arrested because I was the owner of the vehicle and i "had injuries placing me in the driver seat" (fat lip). The lawyer told me it wasn't necessary to go to the first 5 court dates which clearly I should have.. she got denied by the dmv for me to have a sr22 even tho I wasn't driving and never disputed it she thought I was guilty the whole time... Mayda Flores tells me after 5 court dates when I tell her I'll take it trial that "it's gonna be hard because the police have a picture of me with a seatbelt rash...." I said that says my friend had a rash. she says in the police report it says you have a seatbelt rash I said if I had a seatbelt rash then clearly I wasn't the driver because the driver didn't have a seatbelt rash I read this 10 page police report 100 times it doesn't say that in there she says yea watch I'll show you flips thru all the pages then says ohh your right it was your friend‍‍‍‍‍ When we show up for the arraignment to plea not guilty we go to talk in the hallway and she tells me yea well there is reports a few girls were running from the car crash I thought she was joking... not a single fucking female is mentioned in the report I cussed her stupid ass out for terrible representation... two weeks later after trying to get ahold of her which is a pain she then had the nerve to say my dad had a stroke yesterday and I have a lot of cases that's my mistake I should read the report better.... Yea no shit!!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!
