DO NO USE THIS LAW FIRM BY FAR THE WORST LAW FIRM AND ESPECIALLY MAYDA FLORES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more Didn't even read the police report on my dui. I was in a rollover car crash and was never seen behind the wheel and no witnesses pointed me as the driver.. the driver seatbelt was lock in as if the driver wasn't wearing it, passenger seatbelt was locked out and my friend had pictures taken of his seatbelt rash. And I was arrested because I was the owner of the vehicle and i "had injuries placing me in the driver seat" (fat lip). The lawyer told me it wasn't necessary to go to the first 5 court dates which clearly I should have.. she got denied by the dmv for me to have a sr22 even tho I wasn't driving and never disputed it she thought I was guilty the whole time... Mayda Flores tells me after 5 court dates when I tell her I'll take it trial that "it's gonna be hard because the police have a picture of me with a seatbelt rash...." I said that says my friend had a rash. she says in the police report it says you have a seatbelt rash I said if I had a seatbelt rash then clearly I wasn't the driver because the driver didn't have a seatbelt rash I read this 10 page police report 100 times it doesn't say that in there she says yea watch I'll show you flips thru all the pages then says ohh your right it was your friend‍‍‍‍‍ When we show up for the arraignment to plea not guilty we go to talk in the hallway and she tells me yea well there is reports a few girls were running from the car crash I thought she was joking... not a single fucking female is mentioned in the report I cussed her stupid ass out for terrible representation... two weeks later after trying to get ahold of her which is a pain she then had the nerve to say my dad had a stroke yesterday and I have a lot of cases that's my mistake I should read the report better.... Yea no shit!!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!

Wish I read the poor reviews before trying this firm. I wouldn't have bothered with a…read more"consultation." I spoke with someone who scheduled a consultation at a specific date and time. Five minutes into that scheduled appointment, no one called me. I called the law office and said I was supposed to have a consultation and then they transferred me to someone. Did they forget? Not care? What's up with that? The person I spoke with was very cold. He answered the phone as if he didn't know why I was on the other line. He asked how he can help and that was odd because I had already told the person who scheduled this consult what I needed. The person with whom I consulted was named Victor Franco. Anyway, we went over my case and I had several questions. Victor was cold and detached. He repeated himself multiple times. Well if he said something one way, and I still had a question, why would you repeat your answer? Clearly I didn't understand it the way he said it. Finally I said, after one of the times he repeated himself, "maybe I'm not asking this the right way." And I had to ask it a different way. What did Victor do? Repeat himself, only slower this time!! And his attitude, as I continued with my questions, grew more cold and condescending. I'm not asking to be hugged or be given sympathy or even be treated with white glove service. But it is professional courtesy to avoid sounding cold and condescending to your prospective clients. Victor hung up the phone before I could say good bye. He didn't even have the decency to say "good bye." Awful.

In December 2025, I reached out to Attorney Nghi through LegalMatch because I needed legal counsel…read morefor a potential felony case. At my first court hearing, the District Attorney decided not to reduce the charge to a misdemeanor. I was extremely nervous and worried because I had never been in trouble before and had no criminal record. Facing a felony charge was an eye-opening experience and gave me a new perspective on the legal system. After reviewing my case, Attorney Nghi proposed a resolution to the District Attorney that allowed me to complete restitution and community service. In exchange, the District Attorney agreed to dismiss the case entirely without requiring me to enter a plea. Throughout the process, Attorney Nghi's experience with similar cases, knowledge of the law, and calm demeanor gave me confidence during one of the most stressful times of my life. Looking back, I truly believe his guidance and advocacy helped me achieve the best possible outcome. Today, I am incredibly grateful that Attorney Nghi returned my call and helped me through this ordeal. I understand that every case is different and that no attorney can guarantee a specific result, but I never doubted that he was committed to doing everything he could for me. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine concern made all the difference. Thank you again, Attorney Nghi, for your hard work, support, and for helping me move forward with my life. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated attorney.
