No one asks or wishes for these situations and neither did I Oct 2025 but there I was. At the fault of someone else, on my way to work, I found myself in a significant car accident that resulted in total loss of my car and my health affected. Never having been in a situation like this , I was unsure how to proceed but was recommended to The Accident Guys and so happy I did. From the beginning, from intake to establishing a care plan, to the providers themselves, the experience was seamless and executed with grace. It was nice to see and experience an organization that operated with great efficacy. I thought it would be difficult to organize care but this was a non issue with the plethora of providers I saw. Thank you Accident Guys and staff in its entirety and a very very special thank you to my case manager Pam. You employed a graceful, professional and authentic care and consideration whilst always having prompt, clear and welcome communication. I appreciate everyone I had the privilege of helping me but certainly you the most. Godspeed. read more

I was rear-ended on the freeway. My experience with The Accident Guys was amazing, and I want to express my gratitude to the team. Sally, Carlos, Jeremiah, Ana, Sarah, and Dave took very good care of me and were on top of everything regarding my case. They were all very communicative, kind, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond and help in a timely manner. Sally was amazing at coordinating my medical visits and treatments and sending me to the right specialists for my injuries. Doctors and medical staff were also very kind, professional, and helpful. No one ever wants to be involved in a car crash, but the team alleviated my stress and made this experience wonderful for me in hindsight. I will recommend them to all my friends and family in the future. Thank you guys for everything! read more

The Accident Guys handled my mothers case recently. She was t-boned by a driver that ran a stop sign. Being elderly meant that we needed to keep her under a watchful eye and good doctors/care. The staff handled everything with great doctors, ph. therapy, and services. Weekly updates to see how she was doing. Their referrals were local and accessible. Appointments readily available. I have to say the entire process was very reliable and pleasant. My mother recovered from her injuries well and is feeling even better post-accident. After her treatment and recovery, we were kept up to date by Jill C, she handled everything with the most care and would have answers readily available. Highly recommend this firm! read more

Very helpful. Does their best to help. Always there for me. Called me with answers to my problems.

Sadly this is the second time I've needed their services but I'm glad that I've already had the pleasure of using their services to resolve this accident. The second time around they continue to provide a quick, smooth and easy to understand and use process. I will continue to recommend them hopefully I will not need their services in the future but will no doubt call them up again if need be! I've attached photos of my accident where I was hit on my motorcycle on the right hand side which ended up injuring me from the impact, these guys did everything needed to provide me with a effective recovery. read more

You know, it's been almost 4 years since our car was totaled. I pass through this same street (Spring St. and Palo Verde) everyday on my way to daycare and today I saw another car trying to cross illegally from one end of the shopping center to the shopping center across the street. It gave me flashbacks. This took me back to the day our accident happened and how great our experience was with this law firm. Shout out to solid who took care of us back then! read more

I unfortunately had a rear end collision, while waiting at a red light early in the morning on the way to class. The collision impacted my car leaving major damages, and the force of another car was felt through my body. My car was towed, and I visited the emergency room after the incident. Thereafter, my father directed me to The Accident Guys. I had a reassuring phone call with one of the representatives. They were quick on following up with me on the day of the accident, taking care of my medical services, insurance, and car accident. I was able to receive the necessary physical therapy and treatment to be back in shape and form, while still attending my classes. Knowingly I felt the process can be long, however, everything was in timely manner. They updated me through phone calls, and email. Any questions, or concerns I had, they were able to follow up with me, and are very accommodating. Christopher, Christina, Micka, and the rest of team that worked on the case, were very helpful, professional, polite, and kind. They took really good care of me, and very much understanding, as this accident felt like it affected me tremendously at the time. Every phone calls, and emails received with them expressed great quality and communications. If you experienced a a car accident, The Accident Guys is the place to call. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you The Accident Guys. read more

This does not allow me to show zero stars, they dropped their whole worker compensation department because of the mishandling of cases, lawyers were leaving left and right. My wife and I decided to go with this firm because the other chosen firm didn't want to take two accidents so close together. Two accidents within a month apart. I didn't want to even get behind the wheel again shortly after those two accidents. Eliot reassured me and my questions. I worked with Karla, Jill and Shant with both accidents. They were all wonderful throughout this process. They answered all of my questions, kept me in the loop of what was happening and just kept me at ease so much that I just gave them free reign to just do what they do best with my cases. I really appreciate their time and effort with me. Thanks again for everything. read more

I was in a car accident back in May of last year, which happened to fall on my birthday. I was rear ended while I was at a stop light. This was my second accident, but my first time working with The Accident Guys. I was doing some research on accident lawyers and came across them. I sent a quick message on their website, and next thing Attorney Eliot reached out to me. He explained everything in detail and how the process works. So, I knew this accident would be taken care of and was organized. The Accident Guys team have been great through the whole process. They fulfilled my requests and would check up and provide updates on the case. I had Attorney Derick and Attorney Narek working on my case, they both were great on handling it and kept a constant communication via email and phone. They really exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them for anyone that has to deal with car accidents. read more

The accident guys were my first lawyers that I hired for my accident and they took care of mainly everything and were always there for any questions. They took so much relieve off of my shoulders while I was trying to heal up and figure out my work situation. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking to take care of their case. They were all super nice and knew exactly what they were doing. Got me the max payout for my medical/pain and suffering and they worked everything down to help me have some wiggle room at the end to look for some sort of car for a new transportation. The medical team was also super nice and they seemed genuinely concerned for my injuries than some other medical professions. Thank you guys for the help and keep up the great work! read more

I had such a great experience with the accident guys from my first email till my last email with them. They updated me every week regarding my case and got me the most money I could get for my accident. They were able to get my medical bills cut and half of which were over $25,000 and help me get more money out of my settlement. I would definitely give them a 10 out of 10 and recommend them to all my friends and family. read more

Absolutely disappointed with the Accident Guys. My 4 year old daughter was with me when I was rear-ended. I trusted these guys with the case. At first it seams like they where heaven sent. The fist call was taken from an actual attorney, or so he claimed to be. However, after I signed with them they sent some quack of a doctor to my residence to "build a case" he came about 3 times and charged a ridiculous amount. The attorney had also told me that they would not be taking anything from my baby's portion of the settlement, and that I could save that for her college. Wrong! They wanted more than half her money and she was only awarded like $2,500. I don't recall now but they wanted to give her only $900. Please be wise and learn from my mistake. My husband got hit by a drunk driver on his way home from work and we had never had to experience something so traumatizing. Besides the thought that I could have possibly lost my husband that night due to someone's recklessness and the after math of his injuries, accident guys really eased all the stress and helped us get the treatment my husband needed. From the 1st initial call to the end of this process they have been so supportive and on top of it. From the case manager to the attorney we have stayed informed of each progress of our case.
