About a year ago, we met with Dan to see if we were ready to buy our first home, and the honest answer was no. As hard as that was to hear at the time, he did not just leave us there. He gave us a clear plan and showed us exactly what we needed to work on and how to improve. He was honest, encouraging, and realistic the entire way through. We followed his advice, stayed in touch, and less than a year later, we are officially homeowners!! Throughout the process, Dan explained everything in a way that made sense, answered all of our questions, and always helped us understand our options. We never felt pressured or confused. We felt supported and confident in every step. Thank you, Dan!
