I've been with Dr. Adelson for almost 2 years now which was off a referral, and he and his staff always goes out of there way to ensure that I am VERY well taken care of. This includes follow up phone calls, prompt replies to my messages, I was even able to contact his staff after hours in order to tend to my post-dental work needs. This was above and beyond their usual friendly email & appointment reminders. I've grown to know the Adelson team and they're more than just a good dental office. Also during any dental procedure she'll talk during it and make sure you know what she's doing before doing it and what the sensation should feel like. This all helps make you feel relaxed, comfortable and know what to expect during any procedure as it's happening as well. All of her staff is also very friendly and a personable as well. I'm so glad to have her as my regular dentist!

I obviously thought it was to get me in and then sell me everything under the moon. To my surprise when I got there they took a look and gave me a free cleaning prior to whitening since I had one over 6 months ago. I then explained that my other dentist had been pushing me to get a deep cleaning which is very expensive. Dr Dulay had my gum/teeth measured and took 4 xtray all free of cost. Instead of the expensive deep cleaning she said says lets do cleaning more often and see how it progesses and if needed only do the two areas instead of the entire mouth which my other dentist instisted upon. Although its a long drive for me. I will absolutly user her and her team going forward. Another obversation, These days most medical/ dentist office seems to be uncaring, rushed and worse of all very unprofessional. To say the least, It was very cool to experience their raw pleasantness and care they exibit when communicating and working with each other and their patients.

They have all the most modern equipment, and their staff is super efficient. I then made an appointment in November 2024 at which time they changed ALL of the costs of the procedures. The extractions that I need were quoted at $110.00 each, they are now saying that they are $250.00 each, not $150.00, $250.00 each. They should be ashamed of themselves. I walk in walk about to the counter (in small talk) say hi I made an appointment for a bondo today and figure while I was here I'd take the 59.00 cleaning" she says "why not" I get taking in the back room and go through the examination for almost an hour.... doctor walks in and says "hi David" and starts talking to me about Orthodontist work saying I should look I to "Invisalign" I told him maybe but I'm here for the cleaning and the bondo.... he says ok but you don't qualify for the cleaning that comes with the special you need a deep cleaning which cost 1058.00 I look up like he had 10 heads, I said huh? He said "yep"; I say well I rest only came here for a bondo but your lady told me to get the 59.00 exam which included the cleaning.... he says no that's not true (as if he was in front of us) I said what about the bondo he says we don't do that... that 59.00 includes an hour consulatation and you been here 55 min so anything we do we have to be a different visit (more money) I was baffled... I politely said sir that's bad business.... he got up and walked out (never seen him again) The lady from the front comes in and says "what day would you like to schedule your deep cleaning for" as if me and doc didn't just have a conversation... I said ma'am let me just pay my bill and be on my way I won't be coming back.... And I will be leaving a review on every site known to man to warn other good people not to be scammed by this crook with a degree. Please trust me word.... on all 3 of my kids save your time and money, and if u do go when they ask for more money along the way remember this review. In reply to the office manager reply.... I expressed I was unhappy at the register on how I was being ripped off and the girl in the front still asked for my credit card and charged me for services that were NOT rendered never got my cleaning, I called and expressed how unhappy I was about an hour after I left and was told I would receive a call back and no one called back.
