    I've been meaning to leave a review of this gym for a long while now. I've honestly had nothing but…read moreamazing experiences being at this gym for the past 2 years. I currently have multiple gym memberships and this one tends to be the best out of them all and it's a hidden gem for sure. The gym is a mix for both personal training and a key fob access style gym for solo gym go-ers. One thing I really appreciate is the amount of equipment in the gym and the dedication to add more & more. Seriously seems like your money spent is put back into the place and that's something I don't see big corporate gyms do often. And speaking of big box gyms, the amount of times I've walked into my other gyms and walked out after 2 exercises due to crowdedness and waiting and went straight here after is insane but awesome to know when I walked into 6th sense it's pretty much a 10/10 solid workout when I'm done. Even if it were to be crowded at times, there's so much equipment that you can still have an awesome workout or not wait long. It's also because of this gym I was able to win my first men's physique bodybuilding competition this past May. It's open 24/7, has more than enough equipment in two different areas in the gym (including my new favorite brand Panatta), isn't as crowded as the rest, and has a great community. From my experience, everyone at Sixth Sense is pretty cool. The Trainers are doing their thing and seem respectful towards their clients and anyone in the gym. I high-key tend to keep to myself as the other gyms I have people that tend to talk to me a lot and not that that's bad, but I'd like to lock in when I go workout sometimes. That said, there have been trainers that see me come in regularly and tend to say hi and I appreciate that because that's just part of the welcoming community & environment that this gym seems to instill. I will say that there are people that record in the gym, myself included, with tripods and all that but should be noted that when I do see people recording, they respect the gym member first. I personally feel that there should be a safe place to record gym videos as there are people that do so to add attention to their business, brand, or personal use content. With respect if that bothers you, just know that I have walked in front of peoples camera set-ups unintentionally multiple times before and they didn't get pissed off or press you about it (not that it's right that they should) and have been really cool about it. This really does add to the mindset that everyone respects the regular gym go-er just trying to get their workout in first. Lastly, I appreciate the Owner for being very quick, efficient, and supportive when it comes to customer service. Whenever I reached out via text about any questions or issues with my account, he's been very quick and cool to work with and that is awesome to get that type of service nowadays. Super under-rated gym that deserves all the success in the world. Will recommend and keep coming for as long as I'm here!

    Terrible experience at this neglected gym!…read more I joined this gym on the beginning of this month (April ) and got my membership canceled by the owner 12 days later which I only used the facility 3 days to workout. I have multiple gym memberships from commercial to private gyms and this was a first. I always clean and unload the machines after each use and this day was not a different day. I was approached by the manager of the gym which is the owners brother in a disrespectful way, telling me to rerack the weights from previous machine which I clearly unload the machine, but the gym does lack on weights stations to unload to it, so I left on the side of the machine organized which he told me to put where I got them from, which was from walking around the gym grabbing from machine to machine and I told him that it doesn't make any sense when they lack on stations to drop the weights on it. Although I went back and did what he said. I pay to go there not to work there. 2 minutes later as you see the screenshot, the owner Mario texted me saying it is courtesy but them is rules which is not on the contract anyway. So they canceled my membership when I didn't even left the machines loaded or weights on the floor. Unfortunately this was a act of discrimination from the manager to me as a person as there was one other dude earlier time leaving all weights on the machines and nothing was said. I was going to cancel the membership on Friday due to this gym been neglected for long time. Machines are mostly ripped off , tapped or some broken. Machines are on top of each others or next to the walls with wires or ladders next to or impossible to load them, so many hazards. Bathrooms are dirty and trash all over the place most the time and barely anyone at the gym. Men's locker room is a mini one dirty with broken toilet and main door doesn't even fully close. What you see on IG are all filters and angles, they clearly misleading people, I joined online on their website from social media, as if I add gone see it before in person I wouldn't ever join it.

It's small group training, which keeps the energy up because everyone's working at the same time. He'll keep you accountable and make sure you finish your sets and there's a decent chance you'll leave with a random nickname you didn't ask for but it does keep things entertaining. He has this uncanny ability to gauge exactly how much I can lift just by watching me do a single set--which I'm guessing comes from years of experience, but it's still impressive to see in action. Here's the thing about Kacy that might throw you off at first: he often looks distracted, like he's not paying attention. But don't let that fool you! He's tracking everything--your form, your reps, your timing--and he'll call you out if you're slacking on your sets. It's actually kind of amazing how dialed in he is even when it doesn't look like it. If you're looking for a knowledgeable trainer who will push you and keep you accountable (even when you think he's not watching), Kacy's your guy. Highly recommend!

The workout itself looked intense and pushed the class to the edge. No one was coasting, and the pace stayed high the entire time. Autumn stayed locked in with her group, motivating and pushing them without letting the energy drop. You could see how much the class fed off her. The culture has shifted away from the diverse, welcoming vibe that reflected Ontario and into a loud, performative, hyper- bro, heavy metal/rock atmosphere. It's not technically "bro only," but if you're not part of that energy, you're effectively invisible. When new ownership came in, they fired the long-time employees who made the gym feel like home, and since then the environment has become uncomfortable and oddly transactional. The vibe now feels performative rather than genuine. The trainers are loud for the sake of being loud, hyped to an almost cracked-out level that feels disingenuous instead of motivating. The favoritism is impossible to miss. I'm here weekly, and Miguel, the owner, has never once acknowledged my existence. No hello. No nod. No eye contact. Meanwhile, he's fist-bumping the men on either side of me like it's a frat boy reunion. Every. Single. Time. As a woman, it's hard not to see the pattern. He'll happily engage with the conventionally attractive women, but if you're just a normal person trying to work out, you're ignored. If you're not ripped, or radiating alpha energy, you're background noise. It's giving used car salesman confidence with a dash of outdated male chauvinism.. A gym should empower people and make them feel welcome, not dismissed or overlooked. It's genuinely disappointing to watch a once inclusive space push away the very community that made it successful in the first place. P.s. please diversify the music again! We need some reggaton, rap, and EDM... It's missing some Ontario culture.

One of the things I loved most was the atmosphere--it's an all-women's studio, which made it feel comfortable, supportive, and never overcrowded or overwhelming. All of the trainers are amazing--encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. I especially appreciated how welcoming everyone was, no matter your fitness level. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to renew my membership due to what I initially thought was a minor walking injury I experienced in June. After an X-ray, my doctor said everything looked fine, so I continued working out at Peach Body with modified exercises. Toward the end of my membership, I even transitioned into personal training sessions with Cheli, which helped me tremendously. I had every intention of rejoining after my six-month membership, but I had a trip to Spain planned. When I returned, my knee still wasn't improving. I ended up seeing a new doctor and, after an MRI in January, found out I had a torn meniscus. Fast forward to February, I underwent meniscus arthroscopy surgery. I'm currently on the road to recovery (still in a full leg brace), but I'm hopeful and looking forward to rejoining Peach Body Studio in a few months once I'm fully healed. I actually found PeachBody after having a really bad experience at a previous gym, so I was a bit hesitant at first. But from the moment I started here, everything felt different. The environment is welcoming, supportive, and truly empowering. What I appreciate most is how comfortable I feel during my workouts. It's not intimidating, and there's a strong sense of community. The coaches are encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about our progress. They always striving to educate us--whether it's proper form, technique, or understanding how to get the best results and our diet which makes a huge difference. The workouts are effective and focused, especially for glute and full-body sculpting. I've noticed improvements in my strength and confidence, which has been really motivating. I'm really grateful I found this place. It's a space where I feel supported by others and encouraged to keep showing up for myself. Since I've meet him a few months ago, he's been on a cut and you can tell he knows his stuff because he gets the results he wants for himself & his clients. I request heavy on the lower body & my legs look amazing! I feel super confident wearing short skirts this summer & putting on a bikini at the beach every week due to how toned I look! He is efficient! My one-on-one sessions are one hour but I put in work! He personalizes each work out to me depending on my goals and we get to it! He makes sure each rep & set are optimal for me and we adjust throughout the session depending on what my body can do that day. Greg has taken me to failure, I've cried, I've puked and I keep coming back! He pushes me in just the right way, something I could not do on my own.
