Anyway, back to the review. Tasha with Simply Staged did an amazing job with our home. She picked out the paint colors, picked out all of our furniture, decor, and accesories, and used things we already had to stage our home all for one low fee (plus the price of the furniture and accesories). The other amazing thing about Tasha is that she did everything in one day. Yes, she transformed our dark, lifeless cave to a bright, chic, midtown oasis all in one day and for one low fee. The transformation is quite amazing. Plus, she stayed within our budget, which was pretty low. It was definitely cheaper and more practical for us to use Tasha's services than to try to stage our home on our own. So, if you're looking to give your place a professional makeover then Tasha is your person for the job. She does consultations only too in case you want to shop for everything yourself. Also, she specializes in redesign, where she uses the things you already have to optimize the beauty of each room. I decided to get a few quotes and Freier Homes just impressed with the thoroughness of the design, follow up and professionalism. We decided to go ahead with their quote because we really liked Kalleb (owner) and his thoroughness + attention to detail. Our stairs came out great! Kalleb had a great team to help get the stairs done as well as a team to add in the landing, which was done in stone. We also had them make a "baby gate" for the stairs and it looks so good! Everything ties in to the original design so once it's painted, I believe you won't be able to tell the difference between what was there and what was added. Needless to say, we look forward to working with Kalleb again on whatever our next project is!

Originally got a fast reply via phone, set up an appointment, and had someone come out and take a look at the basement. He was friendly and seemed to be interested and capable. He said he would go back and work out a floor plan and pricing estimates for what we had discussed. He did let me know that they were behind on some projects, and we discussed that it was not an immediate need, but he said he would get back to me in about 2 weeks. 3 weeks passed and I reached back out. The person I called said he could see that it was being worked out and to just give it some more time. It's now been 7 months, and have given up believing I might eventually get a quote.
