Amazing service provided by Lilly's Cleaners. I had some uniforms I needed alterations for and dry…read morecleaning. Their service was punctual and delivered at the highest quality possible. Their customer service is amazing always going that extra mile, which exceeded my expectations.

I have brought clothes here twice to be dry cleaned. They seem to do a good job, and their prices…read moreare reasonable. However, my issue is with the lady working behind the counter. She may literally be the crabbiest person I have ever encountered in a customer service position. The first time I came to pick up my clothes, she did not even bother to look at my receipt, she just went over to the rack, grabbed some clothes, and handed them to me, immediately walking away without verifying that all was as it should be. I gave her a few moments to acknowledge that there was an issue as I was not yet leaving, and she ignored me as I continued to stand there. I had to say "Excuse me" twice before she even looked back at me, and when I advised her that she had given me someone else's belongings, she was visibly annoyed as though it was somehow my fault. The second time I dropped my clothes off, the negativity emanating from her made me so uncomfortable that I didn't want to point out that she put my credit card in the machine incorrectly (chip out, rather than in) because I remembered my experience with correcting her the last time. When my husband went in to pick those clothes up for me, she felt justified in being rude to him because neither him nor I noticed that the receipt said pick up after 4 pm (it was about 1 pm). It was an honest mistake. How hard is it to point that out and just say "Sorry, see you after 4!" with a smile on your face? If you hate your job, then perhaps you should find something that you enjoy doing instead of taking it out on the people you are being paid to assist. AAFES employees must have a high level of job security because I have encountered so many of them who treat customers like crap. AAFES obviously does not care because they continue to employ people like this, and, really, they don't have to care about customer service because they sort of have a monopoly on most services when it comes to military installations. I'm done with the dry cleaners on Fort Rucker. I'll deal with the inconvenience and higher expense of taking my clothes somewhere off post for a more pleasant experience. [Edit: There is actually one lady who is very sweet here, and she helped me when I came in to pick my clothes up the second time. I have only seen her this one time, and I wish I knew her name!]
