I walk in and tell the person that walks up to the counter about the order from 3 weeks ago and that Allen told me I could come in and get the correct order. Allen and the person that walked up to the counter both refused to give me the corrected order today as promised. I was told that I had to come back within a week, and that rule is standard restaurant practice. Allen never told me on the phone that I had to come back within a week, nor is that standard practice as in my 45 years of being alive that has never been a rule anywhere. I've gone countless times to other places to get my corrected order weeks later. Mind you also that this location was closed during those 3 weeks for roughly a week and a half due to a fire, but the fact that it was impossible to even go there for half of the time doesn't seem to matter either. Nice to know that a restaurant would rather make up rules than to actually correct a mistake I'm not sure how Allen made in the first place, who was also the person that bagged my order for me on the 7th.

The bun was very fresh too which was unexpected to be honest. On future visits, I will definitely just get hot dogs! Fries- Fresh cut. There was basically no salt so I had to add quite a bit. They may have been just a little undercooked too. However, I still thought they were good and had no problem eating all of them.
