In light of this company's prior ratings I followed up to research Brandons interactions with the Pro team at a well known home improvement retailer in Augusta and in the end found nothing inconsistent with his introductory remarks that he made to me during an hour long interview in reference to the more complicated project as mentioned above. I am frankly nonplussed by his negative reviews but will proceed in screening for two additional outside bids.

Sent out someone unlicensed who couldn't find the issue (sat in is truck every time he was on site on the phone) before sending a master electrician who found issue in 30m and is trying to charge us for 24hr of work when the unlicensed individual was here for 9 (generously) at $150 and hour. Won't sent itemized document of time "electrician" spent though I was on site to see how long. 9hrs max! Electrical was also knocked out in unattached garage and they are unwilling to fix. We lost a chest freezer full of food due to this! What was put back together after siding was done almost stated a fire when light turned on. Work incomplete and looks awful and wanting payment. We had to bring up several things to them like not matching trim! Rude office staff and owner. Zero communication. Don't waste your time or money.

SERVEPRO'S crew of young professionals were in and out of my house for days. There were many trips up and down the stairs removing soggy walls and rugs.
