Carol is beyond Rude in the phone tries to bully her customers and yells on the phone talking about she's not yelling! She met the right one TUHDAY!!!! I don't recommend using her services especially if you and your insurance is waiting on correspondence from her.. very in professional. read more

This company was in the process of removing 2 large RV carports from my farm in Midland County near 1788 to use in its business to park trucks under. They purchased my carports from a guy who was selling them on Craigslist, the only problem was that he did not own the carports. They had them partially removed before the renter on my property alerted me that ServPro trucks were parked there and were taking down the carports on my farm and asked if I knew this was happening. I told them no and called ServPro of Midland to find out what was going on. I spoke with the owner, Carol, who said she purchased these on Craigslist from the owner of the farm. I let her know that was not true because I owned the farm. She was purchasing these from a criminal. She apologized and told me she was buying these for her business and her grandson was taking them down to move to their business to reassemble them to park their ServPro trucks underneath. She said she was calling the sheriff and her grandson would be putting these back up immediately on my property. Long story short, she has done nothing toward getting these reassembled and now claims her grandson can't do it and she has not been able to find anyone who can do the job. She has given me multiple promises that this would be taken care of and that my carports would be reassembled back onto my property. They took these down on August 2 and there has still been no attempt to put these back up even after multiple promises over the last 2 months. She stopped returning my calls and texts 2 days ago and I am now being forced to take her to civil court to try and get my carports reassembeled. She had no issues with taking these down to be reassembled for her ServPro business to park her trucks under when she thought she was getting the deal of a lifetime off of Craigslist but now she is unable to get these reassembled back on my property. She only wants me to feel sorry for her and the money she is out after paying a criminal for a property he did not own after she paid him in cash after answering an ad on Craigslist without checking into who owned the farm she was trespassing on to remove them. She then gave me her word these would be back up by the next weekend and 2 months later she has now stopped corresponding or giving me a date when this would be done. In my honest opinion I would not trust this business to do any kind of work for me knowing that Carol is the owner. If she can lie to me about putting up my carports that she had no right to take down then she can lie about anything. Our business had a huge water leak and I called SERVPRO based on a previous experience at home. Were on site really quick and they got the shop back up and running faster than I would have expected. Great attitude, great price. Professional. Will call again, highly recommend. They did exactly what they said they would do and since I am a super picky person was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned up after themselves perfectly which is so unusual for a contractor or services company. I spoke with Carol and she treated us like family. Genuinely appreciate their work because they did what we could not do ourselves. I had no idea that drying properly to avoid growth is a science. Had blackwater from sewer on carpet in all bedrooms and hallway. They took a small portion of the carpet. Supposedly cleaned the drywall, NOT. Have bubble up and mold on a part of it. They came out 2 times for a simple clean up. Would NEVER USE them again. We cut out part of the carpet ourselves. They took out 2 rooms and hall. Left nail strips that were soaked. Didn't finish the 3rd bedroom. read more
