I always struggle to find a company that works with us and meets our expectations. This company 3R Cleaning Service was Great. Not only did they work with our Difficult schedule they were so kind and professional. I had to reschedule them 3 different times and they had no problem rescheduling to meet my inspections schedule. The place looked so great they did an amazing job. This is the first time we had a cleaning company come out and not have to return because we found problems. I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand that accidents can happen, and I generally…read moredon't like to damage a business's reputation. In fact, I almost didn't post this. However, after my experience, I feel it's important to share it so others can make an informed decision. I previously used this company and had a great experience, which is why I hired them again. As a Realtor, I've also referred multiple clients to them over the years. Unfortunately, this move was very different. During the move, my 65-inch TV was damaged beyond repair, my husband's smoker cover was ripped causing scratches to the smoker lid, another smoker had a wheel bent, and the nuts and bolts for our trampoline were lost. After filing a claim, I was offered only a little over $100 for all of the damage. The only other reimbursement I received was the $150 I had paid for them to move the trampoline, which was refunded at the end of unloading and before the insurance claim was submitted. Before I could even submit a claim, I had difficulty getting in touch with the moving company. After multiple phone calls and an urgent email, I finally received a response a day later stating the employee had been out sick for most of the week. While I understand that illnesses happen, I was disappointed there wasn't a backup process for responding to customers reporting damage. My biggest concern was what happened before the move even started. I was handed a tablet and told to sign so they could begin loading. The screen contained only a signature box with nothing to read. I later learned the document I had supposedly signed limited their liability to just $0.60 per pound and indicated I had declined full-value protection. That was never explained or offered to me. Had the document actually been displayed, I would have read it, as I always do before signing anything. The unloading process also felt rushed because the crew had a nearly six-hour drive home and another move early the next morning. My move had been scheduled well in advance, so this should not have come as a surprise. By the end, the owner appeared frustrated and was rude, which I found unprofessional. I'm not writing this review to bash anyone. I genuinely wanted this move to go well, especially after my previous positive experience and the referrals I've sent their way. I simply want others to be aware of my experience, ask questions about valuation coverage before signing anything, and understand what the claims process may look like if something valuable is damaged. I truly don't want anyone to go through what we have with this whole process.

They showed up…read morewhen they said they would, fixed the low pressure front yard station and non functioning back yard station that I called them to fix. But then, they identified several other issues - water main only 1/2 ON, leaking underground pipes, back yard valves with no covers (and one under a poured patio!) and some heads that weren't doing the job. They told me what problems I had, told me how much it would cost to make right (VERY reasonable) and set to work doing the work with no wasted time or effort. The work was done extremely well - on budget - and my front and back lawn sprinklers are now working as they should have when first installed. Fixed front and rear stations, leaking pipes, head replacements and construction of a new back yard valve and sprinkler location - five hours, $500 labor AND PARTS! VERY REASONABLE FOR THE WORK DONE AND DONE RGHT! I greatly respect Johnny and Billy for their integrity, work ethic, knowledge and professionalism. Need sprinkler repair or new construction? The owner/operator of this company was crazy. He had no idea what he was doing. He missed many…read moreareas; the bottom of the toilet was not touched, and nothing in the bathroom above eye level had been dusted. Even many of the shelves at eye level had not been touched. Soap scum or some kind of film was left behind in my shower. His old dirty-looking mops left a film all over my tile floor. When I brought this up, he acted irritated and took it out on his employees, accusing them of not "wringing the mops out enough," when that wasn't the issue. The mops were visibly old and dirty. In addition, he left one of the mops propped up against my wall on my wood floor, and the water soaked into the wood, causing damage. He also placed his bucket of cleaning chemicals on my bed while he was cleaning, dripping bleach on my comforter. When I complained about this, his response was, "It's just a comforter," as if the spots of bleach didn't ruin it. Oh, and the chemicals he used were very strong. He used a purple acid cleaner that burned my nose and a super strong bleach that he bragged about being a commercial bleach stronger than what you can find in the store. I can't prove it, but I think he stole some of my pain medication that I kept in my bathroom. His employees didn't clean the bathrooms, so I don't think it was either of them. I would stay far away from this guy and his company.
