We hired Odessa Maids on June 1, and they have been nothing but problems. Following the list on their website, they only cleaned about forty percent of the items listed. The main issues were; appliances and tables left streaky, spots were still on walls, dust and small balls of trash left on shelves, fans are two different colors because employees used bleach, the owner Shelby cleaned our kitchen and etched scratches into our flat top stove. When I confronted the two owners, Shelby and her husband, Enrique, I was threatened with a fake attorney. Their website says they are bonded and insured; they are not! In trying to find out their bond information, I discovered that they are delinquent in paying their taxes and currently have a lien on their business. Do not expect them to get the job done that they promise or be able to cover any losses that occur. If anyone else has had issues like this with this company or any other company, feel free to report them for fraud to the Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, And the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts has all the information you need to file small claims court. read more
