THIEF! she was paid to clean a 3 bedroom apartment, hang clothes in a closet, clean the dishes,…read morebathrooms and cat mess. all of this was explained over the phone to her and she agreed upon all. When she arrived she said she was allergic to cats. she was still comfortable cleaning and I actually took a room away from her to put my cats in so that's one room she no longer had to clean. my father was also home with his dog and decided to stay in his room while she cleaned the rest of the house so she didn't have to clean his room either. She did not do the dishes she left them all dirty in the sink. She did not hang up my clothes in my closet (complained they were covered in cat hair which they were not). Which my father called me to let me know about the clothes and I said it was fine because I didn't want her to be affected by the cats I let her know about that she decided not to mention she had reactions to. The cleaning was very average and not spectacular at all. To top everything off she is a THEIF! She took my husbands gold chain out of our bathroom and out of our apartment! I called her twice she did not answer the phone. I texted her to call me please, I watched her read my messages and she didn't repsond. I then responded that I was going to the police and she then responded "sorry I was in the restroom" and completely ignored that fact I just said she stole my husbands chain. She ignored that statement for a while. She finally decided to call me and goes on to tell me how much she loved my husbands chain so she took it with her to clean it for him as a surprise and she completely forgot to put it back. She brought the chain back and also explained how she took it to get blessed on the way back. I've never seen or heard anything crazier in my entire life! I paid this woman 280 CASH for an okay clean, so many things not to get done and for her to steal. I feel like she took advantage of the fact that I give birth in a few days and I've been very overwhelmed due to the fact I have 3 small children as is. Super unprofessional and very sad that there are so many evil people in this world! would Not hire again !
