Not sure what email Marshall read but it does say they did not do them. I wish I could give zero stars. Over all the cleaning was okay. They didn't get everything. My bathroom sink was cleaned. The tub didn't looked touched. They didn't clean in our closet. But I over looked that stuff. Why I wish I could give ZERO stars is that they scratched our stove top very badly and the sink. When I called to report this a woman, named Patti, came out to look. She agreed that they were scratched and she would take that information back to her supervisor. After a week of not hearing anything I called to see what was going on. I was told that Patti would email me what they were going to do. The next morning I woke up to that email saying that they did nothing and those scratching were already there. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? I couldn't believe that. I wouldn't even know how to make those many scratches. Our house is a year old, with new appliances. It's very upsetting because they are telling people who use their services that they should take pictures before so if something happens they will have proof. Do not use these people.
