They waisted time sitting in their tall van - rather than working, then backed their tall van into my utility wires: stretching them enough to damage my garage and house connection. When the lines dropped and some hit the ground, they got out of the van. I had to call the power company. I told the workers they needed to stay away from those Live Wires. When they refused I had to call the police, who came and ordered them to move. They caused me much duress. There was no apology, and no offer to pay for damages. The repairs were nearly $800.00. People like this should not be left in other peoples homes.

Within a short time after placing a call to AAA, Steve was at our door. He was able to extract most of the water from our carpet. Before 10 a.m. our carpet had been removed and hauled away by Steve. He was up front about wait as it had been a full day and all crews were currently out. We had someone within a 2 hour window. He told us that at 8:00 am on Sunday prompt we would have a full team. Happily, they showed up and within 3 hours they were in and out. Left us with two power blowers and a dehumidifier to run for 24 hours. They handle the work with insurance co- we paid deductible.
