They locked my account after succesfully putting in the correct user name and password. They have 1 customer service rep and i was on hold for 50mins. This place should not be in business. All they want you to do is make payments and shut up. Their technology is outdated and it shows. Not to mention they are in no rush to fix it. **Update** Changed from 1 star to 2 stars because when they actually answered the girl was nice. read more

Customer service are nice ladies that helped me out and walked me through any questions I had about my mortgage.

I had been calling this company trying to ask help since I am not familiar or experience as a new homeowner. I NEED HELP but Customer service is horrible. Wait time is very long, then when agent answers and you can't hear them they will say hold on a minute and then after minute the agent hangs up. So I started all over again and the waiting calls keeps getting longer and longer. Restart again. Agents are rude and talk way too fast. Unprofessional. read more

ServiSolutions is the most obstructive and unhelpful mortgage servicer you could ever have the misfortune of dealing with. Payment changes appear out of nowhere, when you ask for documentation (like the legally required escrow analysis), they either dodge the question, give a canned answer, forward your calls to voicemail, hang up, or just don't respond at all. Their customer service is, again. an obstructive endless maze of being put on hold until your call mysteriously disconnects. I called the police in Georgia and Alamaba and they couldn't verify any of your addresses on my statement to determine if your operation is even legitimate. This doesn't seem to be an actual businesses. you get transferred in circles, and sometimes they even call back from a different number like they're trying to avoid having a recorded trail.l which seems illegal. If you need accommodations, good luck lol. Accessibility and clear communication are clearly not a priority. They'll push you to their glitchy online portal which I've never logged into once. I can't tell if this company is just unbelievably incompetent or if they count on customers giving up. Either way, the outcome is the same: stress, confusion, and no clear answers. Avoid them if you can. If you're stuck with them, document EVERYTHING and be prepared to escalate complaints to the CFPB or your state Attorney General for a lawsuit read more

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent call to serviSolution regarding my Home insurance cost increasing . I've been contacting them for about 4 weeks and the issue hasn't been fixed. most of the costumer sevices dont know what they are doing or just say let me tranfer your call to my supeervisor and that person never answer , call goes straight to the voice email .Unfortunately, my experience was extremely unsatisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my feedback with you. read more

Horrible company! I changed insurance companies. The insurance company screwed up and I was without insurance for two weeks. I travel for a living and did not receive the mailed letter from this company. They sent me a letter saying my mortgage went from $900 to over $2000 per month. I corrected the insurance mistake and they said my payment is only $1159 a month now. I will be selling my house. Horrible customer service. Do not get a mortgage with them. read more

Dealing with ServiSolutions with anything is a joke and the customer service people are just rude and stupid!! Will look at possible refinance just to get away from these people. When you call you sit on hold! I was on a call with them March 2, for over 2 hours!!! read more

They are Horrible, Our mortgage payment went up last year due to Homeowners insurance inflation, and Servi never contacted us so we paid our regular payment for months before realizing now we are payment $200.00 more than we have been and was told we could pay by end of month without getting late fees assessed. Well paid at end of the month 3 days prior to last day and they held the payment and put in the system after the 1st and now we are showing a 30days late on our credit and they will not change it. Even through a deployment and during the pandemic we were never late. The way they treat Veterans is wrong and just the way they treat their customers is wrong. read more

Our loan was sold to servisolutions without our knowledge or choice. It has been a miserable experience trying to pay our mortgage every month with being locked out of our account even though we use the correct credentials to login. Just this past week they started limiting the hours to a window of time during the day to be able to pay online. As I'm writing this I'm unable to login and pay my account because the website is not working. Unfortunately this review will probably accomplish nothing since people do not have a choice in where their loans are sold off to. read more

Absolutely terrible company. Refinance your mortgage and get it away from these people as soon as possible. The website is horrible and never works. The fact that they cannot accept principal only payments or partial payments is surely against some FINCEN regulation. read more

Not at all impressed with ServSol. I changed my homeowners insurance carrier (at the end of my policy term) and ServSol can't seem to make the change on their side despite calls, emails and faxes from both myself and my insurance representative. I would NOT recommend them to anyone and as of today, I'm shopping around for another provider as my "Services" are not finding "Solutions" as their name would imply. I called and was left with more questions than answers. They can't seem to guesstimate correct amounts (this is your industry, right?) so each year it's either a refund check or them freaking out asking for more money... Geeze folks, this is what YOU are paid to do, can we please either get it right consistently or devise a new strategy? The way this happens now is so frustrating for your customers. read more

I HATE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why is my account always locked? This is the third time I have had to "reset" my password when it's the correct information. It's not a simple task to do online either; you have to have your loan number. If I am at work, I don't have my loan number. So I have to wain until I get all the way home to reset my already correct password. I wish I could still use the company before it switched to these a holes. Just like other customers, I am currently on hold & have been holding for over 20 minutes. I wish I could give 0 stars. read more

This company is clearly just trying to get a late fee out of people. As all the other customers have noted they lock you out of your account even when entering the correct password and then the only way to get unlocked is to make a personal phone call during bankers hours and be on hold. I pay all of my other bills online on time no problem. Why would a company so behind the times even suggest paperless billing? I am requesting paper bills from now on and I will mail a paper check. What else can you do refinance and maybe wind up with this company again? read more

Horrible service, this people love to lock your online account even when you type the right account info. I have been trying to reach them for 2 days and it always seem that I am caller number 30 and end up waiting very long periods of time. Avoid this company if you can they are a pain in the butt. read more

My first time calling servi and let me tell yall i am having a great experience, Ms. Tamekia is awesome and she handle her job very well.

They are real pain to work with. They always seem to make the payment for my homeowners insurance late...no good

Terrible company to deal with, avoid at all costs. Website checkout is flaky, poorly developed interface, worst I have seen for any business. Poor customer service, and they will make it clear that they don't care. Made a payment online, seemed to work but didn't go through, did not find out until the next month when I went to make a payment. No email, no phone call, no message, no snail mail to let me know. They then dinged my credit... I paid immediately after finding out, it was not a problem with money, just a sorry interface on the webpage. They will not work with you. Payment page is often unavailable for maintenance, sometimes during the day, often after 9 pm, crazy stuff. read more

They locked my account after mistyping my password. Now I'm trying to call customer service but no one is taking my call.

Outdated payment options. Rude representatives. No flexibility. You should lookup the BBB reviews on this company.

No customer service. Hold times exceed 45 min. or more. When you finally get through you have a 90/10 shot(not in your favor)as to whether they disconnect from you. As many people have stated ServiSolutions will lock you out or make your account inaccessible. Hopefully they will face the consequences of this unscrupulous behavior when enough folks complain. That's the problem with these "entity" companies where you have no brick and mortar to access. Shameful. read more

If I could I would give this company ZERO stars! Purchased our new home a year ago and they bought the loan. This company is terrible. And don't even try to get a hold of customer service. If and when you get through, prepare to speak with the rudest reps who are completely unflexible on terms. If you get behind on payments, they will NOT take a partial payment. We've had other loans bought out, but never by such a difficult company that refuses to work with customers. Obviously because they don't care about their customers. The company should be called Sucky Solutions, not Servi Solutions! read more

Terrible service. Because they have misplaced my check twice I usually pay online. Now I'm unable to make a payment online because the option to pay online is missing. Tried using the automated service and apparently it's not working either since they emailed me stating their telephone system is temporarily down. How long is temporary and why does it take so long to get a phone system working? Sounds like just another scheme to make money on fees and fines. read more

Terrible company. They will take your money alright but never pay your homeowners insurance, claiming they never "received" the correspondence. read more

Wish I could give them a lower rating. They are not helpful at all and some of the staff can be very rude.

Despite every attempt to pay my mortgage. This company has the nerve to offer pay by phone service only to tell you to call back during normal business hours. Frustrating is not a good enough word to use in my situation. How can a company in 2018 not utilize the different avenues of collection? Considering that most of us lives outside the state in which they operate in. read more

Out dated website, rude customer service, waited on hold for 30+ mins. I will be refinancing asap. Very very very poor customer service.
