I reached out to Katie about my interest in State farm. I would say within 5 minutes she had everything typed up and ready for me, lined out easy to understand and saving me over $800 a year. It was the easiest thing I've ever had to do I was literally sitting at a doctor's appointment waiting and by the time I finished my appointment she had me already set me up with insurance cards, then sent a letter to my previous insurance provider to cancel. I cannot express how easy it was to do this and how much I wish I would have done it sooner instead of just throwing away thousands of dollars every year on something that was only subpar. Thank you to Katie and your hard work I highly recommend you reach out to her or a State farm agent today. Don't Wait like I did, get on it and see what they can do for you today.

I had no problems in communicating and understanding the business, but I know that I will have a huge problem on my hands if Diane decides to retire. Every time I call, a friendly voice greets me by my first name and asks how I can be helped. Yes, Diane knows her customers by their first name and more. Many other insurance companies know us by our policy number... but not Diane. The charm of her office, the discipline of her business and the friendly advice I always receive amazes me. I always get reminders on my due dates and beyond (late, sorry). Transactions receipts are sent to my inbox within minutes. I never spoke to an answering machine every time I called her office. This isn't a Steven Spielberg staged movie set, it is the reality. I insanely strongly recommend her services. You'll never look for another insurance agent ever again. I am grateful for her help and patience answering my question or advising me. Thank you!! Very much!!
