I called 3 times and David said Tech would call us and should be there soon. 9 days later we called to find out when will they show up? We calmly and politely explained the situation and that we stayed home all day waiting. David was belligerent and yelled on the phone to us. Then he told us to go to hell and hung up on us. We would rate them as Zero if we could. We called a competitor and they were here in 50 minutes. Friendly and did a great job for less costs.

Several years ago we came home from visiting next door at around 10 pm to have our front door lock…read morecome apart instead of unlocking the door. We called these folks and they came right away. After getting us in the house and realizing the current lock had had all the fun it could stand, the young man quoted a reasonable price for a new digital lock (considering the time of night and the lock being in stock). He had to go back to the shop to get the new digital lock and then had to drill a bigger hole for the lock which was an adventure itself. It was well after midnight before he finished up and I certainly felt like the $300+ for everything was a bargain considering. That lock has worked wonderfully for us for the years since until recently when it either needs a new battery (which I have been too lazy to deal with) or something more complicated. Until I find the gumption to assail getting a new battery and replacing it, we have been using the key that came with the lock and the wife got tired of not having a key for her so I dropped in to get another key made. Nice fellow greeted me when I entered and about 5 minutes and $3.75 later I was headed back to my car. I have watched a passel of YouTube videos particular to our lock so I know that if the new battery doesn't solve the lock problem then I shall be removing the lock and bringing it to them to fix. The wife can stand guard at the house while I am gone. Meanwhile we both have a key to lock and unlock our front door. If you need a locksmith I can wholeheartedly recommend these folks. Just give them a call, day or night. ;-)

Additionally, it is a local company and non-transferable if you move out of their territory. They charge you no matter what! You can't get out of the contract despite the fact you live out of their service range, so you have to pay for years despite the fact that the people who move into the house are also paying them for the service.
