When I brought it back owner told me they wouldn't apologise and how were they to know, I felt it was something someone that experienced should notice and that there should be an offer to rectify it whether procuring new buttons and sewing them on or compensating but he refused those options and an apology. Didn't even refund the cost of the dry cleaning. He then persistently told me I was being rude. My jacket is ruined, I didn't raise my voice, I wasn't sarcastic and I kept my language clean. Ruining your garment, not saying sorry and telling the customer they're rude when they're upset is just not good service. Mistakes happen but how you deal with them can really make the difference, even capture some loyalty but this guy was just awful.
