Their call center is in the Philippines. When communicating with them I have to focus on what the Individual words were instead of what they were trying to tell me. I know, My problem, right. But the issue is when I try to get the US based customer service I always get routed to the call center. They return calls and leave messages (because I don't babysit my phone). The message is always the same...we need to talk to you call our call center. If you can pay cash then do so...I'd think hard if financing is needed.

They came out when I wasn't there & pulled out some cap nails that the mitigation team put in day 1 & gooped up the nail heads and and pipe boots. Don't do it !
