The last thing you want to answer honestly as a woman living alone. He noticed some tech in my home, then learns that I'm planning to use my warranty and immediately talks about how he's going to try to "hook me up" and get over on the warranty company...although the requested service was FULLY covered by the warranty. I think he believed I had extra money in these unprecedented times. This man proceeds to complete a $355 job (snaking to remove a soft clog) and without my consent, tacked on an extra $1000 "preventative plumbing procedure" (hydrojet) forcing me to risk my warranty and pay for the additional service. He was aggressive so I paid and asked him to leave. Dave also chose to make racially insensitive remarks about Black women flushing wigs in toilets. When this interaction was brought to the managers attention they were hostile and emphasized that they stand by their technician's conduct. I would highly suggest finding a safer, more professional option unless you want to flush your money and peace of mind down the drain.
