The dispatch was so friendly and understanding, working with me to get on the schedule. The gentleman who came out was polite, helpful and spent a long time attempting to find and diagnose the problem. Even though he was unable to fix my problem he was clear in why and didn't charge me more than for what he had done (fixed a leaking valve that was unrelated). He provided me all that was needed for the next guy to know exactly what the problem was and made clear notes for him as well to help expedite the final repair. He waited to confirm that someone was coming to complete the job and cleaned up everything as well.

All of a sudden when my pipes froze up, I got a female on the phone that said quote "Chuck! We dont work on frozen pipes under trailers!!!!" In that tone. So I cant count on them and endured 3 days with no water, thank God I had water on hand and at least a hot tub to bathe in but no one that I counted on for ten years to help me at all. I am not going to deal with them anymore and they probably dont care from the tone of that rude last call I got into. great falls is famous for this type of garbage. Boy all the work we paid them to do surely was so bad working on a trailer then! They have lost some of their good people.

These guys came out to my house about a year ago after several calls which was fine as everyone seems to be booked up in this space but after coming and installing a new septic Pump (Which they never sent a bill for until 4 months later) I started having alarms and other filter issues and called them several times to come out and take a follow up look at. After about the 3rd time leaving a message they finally answered and told me they were too busy but would try and get out in a month or so. They of course never came out so I tried calling them again and they did answer and said the they would come out on a weekday but again never showed up. Then tried calling several more times leaving messages and no response so finally called another service that came out in 2 days. Have had several people aske me who I use now for septic services and lets just say its not 44 Water!

I am happy to report, I was WRONG on both counts, an appointment was made, they came when they said they would and, I found the price to be more than reasonable. We were having an issue with the floor drain overflowing in the laundry room (partly because of roots in the main line and partly because of muck in the clean out drain behind the washer). Who knew there was a clean out drain behind the washer? Will came out and was able to clear the problems and was very patient when I would ask questions. He gave me answers that I understood and suggestions to help alleviate the problems with the laundry drain collecting lint. Everyone I spoke with was great but, Will - as the face of Best Value - was absolutely incredible.
