My husband and I had the honor of having Rio create, and execute our once in a lifetime wedding menu. From the start, Rio's first concern was us (my husband and I) where we were from, what we like, who we were as individuals and as a couple. And he created the most beautiful menu with us as the inspiration. Completely custom. Rio did our Rehearsal dinner, wedding and brunch the following morning, ALL farm-to-table!. I have attached pictures of all of our menus as well as photos from the wedding for all or you review. Not only did all of our friends and family leave our wedding saying that "it was not only the best wedding food that they had ever had, but some of the best food of their LIVES." My brother in-law refuses to eat a short-rib ever again because it will never TOUCH Rio's. I truly could go on and on about the food, its beauty and all of the love and care that goes into it, but it has a lot to do with the individual(s) behind it! Rio and his team are kind, compassionate, FUN, filled with class, love, an eye for beauty, and a mind for a good time!
