I was pleasantly surprised to find the place was not thronged, even though I had waited much longer than I normally do to begin doing laundry on a Sunday. The laundromat itself is somewhat difficult to get into because you have to go down some winding roads and then it's situated on a hill so you have to drive up and into a hilly parking lot, Not fun, leaving can be difficult because Illinois road speed limit is about 85 The laundromat itself is laid out tolerably well, can be a bit cramped when there are people using the machines around you. Folding Tables are clean and plentiful. Machines new and I only saw 1 broken dryer. Can't say the same thing for the vending machine for food, which had a bunch of Post-it notes on it that just said " don't touch me". I can so relate. And there is an old school laundry detergent and softener dispenser for 1.25. I saw no staff around, I only saw the public, such as myself, a mixed bag of people doing enormous amounts of loads of laundry and people doing a backpack full. I did not have to wait for any machines and overall I would say that the experience wasn't terrible. I would give it 7 out of 10 bubbles.

There are open box clearance located in the laptop section which you can check on the website as well. If you don't mind open box items then There may be a good deal for items that normally are not discounted such as Apple laptops or watches. Overall, I find that the customer service is good. There's always individuals on the floor asking you if you need help. The only reason for the three star is that the prices are not competitive and often I will only window shop here and then make my purchase elsewhere.
