When I was wrongly summoned to court for a refusal of a chemical test (I passed the field sobriety…read moretests, assessed a fine, and let go), I suddenly panicked. Was I going to lose my license? Would I have to install a device to start my car? I did a quick google search on "refusal of breathalyzer" and Marin, Barrett, and Murphy was the first law firm to pop up. It was after hours so I left a message. I was surprised and delighted a short while later when attorney Stefani Murphy called me back. I explained the circumstances and discussed my driving record with her to see if there were any real concerns. Her calm and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease. Within minutes it seemed like I was talking with an old friend! Stefani was knowledgeable, friendly, and assured me that we had a good case and not to worry. She made it so easy, and her fees were very reasonable. When she had a scheduling conflict, she rescheduled the court date so that she could represent me.
