The very next morning, as promised, a tech rang me first thing to let me know they were on the way. Aiden and his assistant not only did an excellent job cleaning my gutters, but took pictures and video of trouble spots and a soffit that had some damage. Aiden explained what was causing the problem and provided some potential solutions. They then did a fantastic job cleaning up and even cleared off my entire deck! It has been a long time, since I have experienced such professional and outstanding customer service!!! I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future (and plan to)!!! WARNING: be really careful. i engaged four gutter companies to inspect a very specific 10-ft area…read morewhere my gutter had become disattached. 3 of the four(all members of BBB) didi't even require a ladder before giving me estimates btw $500-$1000. simple problem. yet these entitled jerks started climbing onto my roof and ripping away some rotted wood on a window sill(all captured on ring camera). they were on the hunt for a bigger estimate. they scared the shit out of me when they popped up outside my window on the third floor. the owner then tried to gaslight me and changed her story repeatedly to justify why MY permission to climb all over MY house was...wait for it... unnecessary. in the end she literally blamed ME as being the problem. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC PROBLEM. THEY SEEK ACCESS TO YOUR HOUSE TO TELL YOU YOU NEED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF REPAIRS. THEY ARE A RELIC FROM LONG AGO. like the mechanics who told you your car needed a new engine regardless of its condition. My advice? Avoid.

When I negotiated with the owner, Mr. Jacobson he told me that limitations applied and I did not qualify for that. So we negotiated a price of $190 per house. Jacobson power wash did not show up until 10 minutes after one and when he did, I took him around the three houses that needed to be washed and he said that these houses are really dirty and would require much more cleaning detergent too get things clean. He then spouted off to me that I get $350 all day long for cleaning houses this size. I said what about the price that we negotiated on? He said I can't do it for that price. He then had the audacity to say to me you live in a six or $700,000 home you shouldn't mind paying $350 to clean your house. At that point, I told Mr. Jacobson to leave my property and he would not have any of the work that I had promised him. I would never use this company. The owner is a pompous ass who is envious and has no respect for anyone. This man stereotype me when he came to my door and saw my home. They quickly quoted a price & sent formal document verifying quote & offered several options to accept the offer. I accepted there quote on a Sunday, they arrived Thursday on time, went above and beyond by cleaning my gutters and some of my siding and deck to make sure all the debris was gone. They were very careful with any outside items they had to move around to complete the work & also set everything up (better than it was when they came) prior to leaving.
