1 Star - Deceptive marketing and awful experience…read more I had a terrible experience at Bloom Aesthetics in Dr. Phillips and would strongly advise others to stay away. You cannot even make an appointment without paying a fee, which already felt questionable--but I paid it anyway. I then drove over an hour in traffic because their marketing clearly advertises Botox. That turned out to be deceptive and misleading. Once I arrived, I was told they do not actually use Botox, but instead inject a knockoff product. Not only that, they over-injected me, using double the amount I normally receive, and charged me twice as much. The result? My eye started twitching, my eyelid drooped, and my entire brow has fallen. I look awful. I drove another hour back two weeks later because they said they could "fix" it. When I arrived, they suddenly changed their story and told me there was nothing they could do and that I just had to wait for it to wear off--which could take 3 to 6 months. Completely unacceptable. I asked for a refund and was flat-out refused. Because of the deceptive marketing and refusal to take responsibility, I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General for deceptive marketing practices and also disputed the charges with American Express. I genuinely regret ever coming here. Do not go here.

My interest was piqued but I never moved forward because it felt like a very foreign process that I didn't know much about. Fast forward to 2023 when IV infusions have become significantly more mainstream and I coincidentally met Drip Vibe Infusions' owners, Valerie and Tara, during a Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando (HCCMO) event. Even though we only spoke briefly, I felt compelled to look into Drip Vibe Infusions and, after doing so, I decided to reach out to book an appointment. I had my appointment earlier today and had a wonderful experience. Valerie took the time to explain their various offerings and answer my questions, after which I decided to go with the Myers Cocktail plus a Glutathione add-in as well as a CBD injection. The entire process was easy and comfortable. Valerie has a gentle hand and I barely felt anything at all when the IV needle went in...the same goes for the CBD injection. About half an hour later, I was all done and ready to go home! As far as results, I immediately felt my pain level decrease significantly. I wasn't expecting such fast results, so that was a nice surprise! The CBD injection is supposed to help with sleep and Valerie said I should expect a good night's sleep tonight, so I'm very much looking forward to that! The entire facility is very clean and well-maintained. It may not look like much from the outside but I felt very comfortable as soon as I stepped inside. Valerie explained a bit about their sterilization practices, which I'm quite pleased with, and both she and Tara have worked as nurses for a number of years and still hold part-time positions in their respective hospital departments, which definitely adds a touch of confidence! I truly had a great experience at Drip Vibe Infusions and plan to return soon, possibly turning it into a consistent part of my health routine!
