Permanently closed. The car dealer has taken over their location. Sergio is gone. Their trailer was hauled away.

Woo hoo, thank you to our seasoned "guides" for bringing us here for breakfast. I came out to southwest on a kayaking trip for my first time, but my friends who organize the trip have been making the trek for 20 years. The trip didn't happen the previous two years so Sergio's has been here at least that long since my friends had been here before. I'm shocked it has no reviews. This place is damn good! The eggs in the tacos were just amazing. So rich and flavorful. A standard taco is 1.70, for one "meat" (including beans or potato for the vegheads out there) and cheese. It costs a bit more to add salsa and guacamole to the tacos so you're actually looking at about $2.50 each since you'd be crazy not to add those. The food was just so yummy. A true Tejas Taco Trailor. There was also a friendly shop kitty roaming around the yard. I'm guessing maybe the owners also own the antique shop next door since they all appeared to share a lawn. There was a slight language barrier, and it didn't occur to me to speak Spanish (I'm conversational) until I was basically done ordering. I asked for corn tortillas, but received flour instead. If not for this minor glitch, there'd be five stars reflected up there.

Best tacos around. We vacation in the area often and always try out different local restaurants. This place was beyond delicious. We ordered 6 tacos. They are a decent size for $2 each. Bacon and egg was our favorite. The tortillas are authentic and home made. Super soft! Our son enjoyed his egg and bean taco the most. Definitely plan on going back there today for lunch.

Ok so they were kind of good, but so not worth it. I waited 10 minutes for my taco, which honestly should not have taken that long to make!

I seen him a few years ago around the corner at a better looking set up but I was picking up for door dash then. There was a few people that were waiting on food then and now when you drive by there's never anyone there. Even though it should have been rush hour for dinner.. so I understand why the brisket wasn't cooked fresh or right. He not open late anymore either. Oh I can't forget the potatoes salad and the beans... the Ben's had tomato's in them? They weren't made by him. Bushes beans are better.. the potato salad was the only semi edible thing we got.. we literally threw everything away and didn't even feed it to the dog. Wish I took pictures before throwing it away but it got thrown away just as fast as I got the food... I hope whatever he's going through, he gets out of it. My other co-worker went out and tried the German Shepherd hot dog combo and loved it as well. So with a little twisting of the arm, I went out and went to see what they had to offer. Apparently they have hamburgers as well, but I was there for the hot dog experience. They had a "chef's special" which is whatever the chef wants to make. My only request was to be light on the cheese. They in turn asked me if I wanted it spicy. Without a second thought, I immediately said yes! What I got was a pile and a tasty pile of a loaded hot dog with chips, chili, mac and cheese, and pickles topped with jalapenos and some spicy shiracha on top. It wasn't good, it was amazingly good. Being from NY I was asked how it fare against NY dogs, and I have to say, this was way better. I have to praise the chef there, he or she made a tasty loaded dog! Also I have to forget the fries as well, they had sour cream and onion seasoning that pairs excellent with their offerings, not just the special. Well done!

I peeped the sign and 'Unc' short for Uncle came to my window. He greeted me and was warm, friendly and told me that everything on his menu was outstanding. #Facts I settled on the Razzle Dazzle Dog that had a honey mustard and cranberry slaw topping. It was refreshing, satisfying and I had never had a salad topping on a hot dog before. Living in Texas over the last 6 years had cornered me into chili dogs and such, but the Razzle Dog was a tastier and much healthier option. It was served on an oversized bun and it was well worth the $6.00 price tag. By the time I had gotten home, a mere short 5 minutes... the Razzle Dog had been nearly consumed and I debated heading back for seconds. Since I had just finished my workout, I decided to let the fat girl in me sleep and posted the greatness to Instagram and Facebook.
