Roy T!!! You are the man!…read more I was searching for a C300 with specific features and found one 3 hours away. Roy and I handled all negotiations over phone, text, and email before I made the trip. When I purchased, there were no surprise fees or charges. What I really appreciated was being treated as an equal by Roy as well as the entire dealership. There are plenty of times where professionals will discuss with my husband even though I am the ultimate decision maker for my car. Minor details that could've been a hassle if it wasn't for Roy's communication, follow-through, and general professionalism: - The C300 had a few small paint chips from normal wear and tear. - The spoiler wasn't attached properly Solutions: Roy said he'd mail over a touch-up kit, and he did. He also advised me to take it to my local Mercedes dealership for warranty repair (I didnt have the time to wait for the service to be done same-day at Ed Hicks). I followed up with my local dealership and like roy said, it was covered under warranty and everything went smoothly. The whole experience was easy, honest, and pleasant. I'm planning to buy future cars from Roy

I regularly purchase vehicles out of state and rarely write reviews, but this experience stands out…read morefor the wrong reasons. I agreed to terms on a car and was ready to move forward. Instead, the dealership delayed the process on their end while "checking with other dealers" and handling things internally. During that time -- after several messages, a few phone calls, and multiple days of back-and-forth -- the car was sold to someone else. This wasn't a case of a last-minute competing buyer. It reflects a lack of deal control and a willingness to continue shopping a vehicle even after terms are agreed, without clearly communicating that to the buyer. At the level of purchasing a $90K+ vehicle in cash, there should be a much higher standard of professionalism, transparency, and follow-through. Instead, I was left in limbo while the dealership continued to pursue other options behind the scenes. The result was a complete waste of time and a breakdown in trust. If a dealership is not prepared to secure a vehicle once terms are agreed, that should be made explicitly clear upfront. Proceed with caution, and make sure you have explicit written confirmation that a vehicle is being held before assuming a deal is in place.

My Dad pastored a church for 53 years, and both Mom and Dad were happy to be buying a car from a "Christian" who told them he hated to sell the 2006 Chrysler 300 to them because that was the car he liked to drive himself. They payed $7,200 for a 13-year-old car with well over 146,000 miles on it. Unfortunately the "key" set off the alarms, so that week (mileage 146,579 [photo]) they had to pay $315 for a "proper" key from Lithia Chrysler Dodge. But that wasn't all; the battery would discharge itself so it had to be jumped to start. On April 11 (mileage 146,585 [photo]), they paid $310 to Lithia Chrysler Dodge because the heated seat was draining the battery, which Lithia bypassed. However that wasn't all, it still ran poorly; it overheated every other week. Multiple mechanics said that nothing was wrong, but it continued to overheat, stranding my Dad with Parkinsons' disease and dementia and my Mom post-heart-transplant in the mid-summer heat. No problem, they could probably push their walkers somewhere to get help. Finally, the problem that had been there since day one was diagnosed as a problem with an "oil cooler" - which would cost almost $1000 to fix at Lithia Chrysler Dodge. So....unless you are a billionaire mechanic with nothing else to do and who likes to fix a new car problem every day, avoid this dealer.

They are friendly, but the only down side is that a car that I purchased here was on me,(tranny went out on 2 mo) going back to the "as is basis" I was never helped in any way shape or form its like your problem not mine type of company. They would really rock if they made an attempt to help out their customers a little more as a customer courtesy, I feel this would bring their customers back.

Took it to our auto shop to get done which only cost me 1200. Will today went for my oil change at nissan and here the guy comes with you needed your throttle clean and your brakes change, brake fluid and so on. I think his name waa mike, micheal something with a M. I said really that funny because i got my brakes and rotors and throttle body cleaned last week. You telling me that i have old brakes and the throttle body not clean. I about to go back over there because i have never ever had bas service over there. Then he said oh no if you dont have it done here at nissan then ita considered not done. BUT YOU JUST SAID YOU DID A Multi inspection and you founded all the things wrong. That needed to be done. So basically if you didnt do it there you didnt get it done and NISSAN IS NOT DOING MULTI CHECKS they just looking in the computer and the computer says you didn't have them done here or not at all. I ask him to put that i had them done already. He said he can only check decline or accept SMH. Lucky for me when my husband has stuff done to my suv or cars he tells me and give me the receipt. Otherwise i may be crazy enough to say okay then yes do the work and be out of 1000+. So yea they not really checking anything. AND THAT CRAZY

He does everything in a hurry. He does not care about anything but closing the deal. I had a trade in and I also put down $4000 down. I did not need the down payment. My monthly payment was still $600. Jonathan Lightfoot should focus on doing what is best for the buyer and not be overly concern with lining his own pocket. Jonathan Lightfoot is the reason car sales have a bad rap. I will never do business with them again. He did not try very hard to find me a better interest rate. He just wanted to close the deal.

I went in person to try to get it inspected and fixed. I was turned away by a salesman who created his own scenarios for over 20 minutes basically telling me that I was lying. The following day I wanted to test the windows again roll up and down and the back window again malfunctioned and came out out of its track and almost fell out of the window frame itself. I try to get a hold of the general manager and he has not responded to any of my messages, voicemails or calls. I am basically being ignored. There is a MALFUNCTION obviously with my back door window!!! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau our local news and contacting legal advice.
