When we went to the dealership we were not going with intentions to try and buy anything but just to look at a Jeep I had seen! Epi came out I talked to him and told him the horrible experiences we had been getting. He was straight forward and understood my frustration. He right away started working on the Jeep and the monthly payments, the warranty, Carfax you name it he was on it. I honestly didn't want to take my business anywhere else! I can't thank him enough for what he did and the patience he had to help me out I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND EPI‼

Marcus and Jacob worked a deal to get me the vehicle after my requested repairs/updates were completed. There are local automation locations to handle any after-purchase maintenance. I'm giving this a solid 4-star because of the ransomware issues and difficulties in getting responses. Maybe all the car dealerships are struggling with those so I might just come back to this later and add a star.

Then the ordeal began in attempting to have them refund me my money for these options that I never requested or were discussed. I did reach out to him, both on his office line, and cell phone, leaving him messages on both requesting he call me. However, two months later, I have never heard from him. Also, two months later, I finally received all of my refund back. I never received an apology however, for what transpired. I will definitely never purchase another vehicle from this or any other Autonation dealership.

I called the service advisor twice on Friday 8/7 and I never received a return phone call. I followed up with the main number and requested that EJ return my call as I had left two messages previously. NOTHING! So Monday 8/10 I went into the service dept and requested that I needed service on the vehicle and a courtesy car. I also requested why my phone calls where never returned and I guess the explanation was a Meet and Greet with the teacher, well as a retired teacher I know those don't take all day with one parent! Lame My car is under warranty and this should be fixed ASAP to avoid creating further problems with the engine and transmission. We are business owners and I cannot afford to be without a car for however long it takes for Mike Shaw Kia Corpus Christi to fix the problem. I have asked for a courtesy car while my vehicle is in for warranty work and was told there were none available and they do not have any idea when one will be available! I would think a service manger would be in touch with what maintenance repairs are in house and be able ascertain when repairs are due to be completed and a courtesy vehicle available. I was also told if I go ahead and rent a car, Kia would not cover the cost until they are able to diagnose the problem...possibly 3 days or so. I am not stupid they will diagnose the problem asap (based on my explanation) and have the car fixed by the time they state they have just completed the diagnosis and I am out rental costs on a warranty issue. I get the picture I am not stupid! This is dishonest and unethical! How is it my responsibility to take care of organizing a courtesy vehicle or rental car, they should have courtesy cars available to deal with warranty work like BMW or Mercedes dealerships! Maybe offer one of their demo vehicles while my vehicle is in the shop! This known problem that originates with Kia should not inconvenience me as a vehicle owner!!!! It's a warranty issue! Can I say RECALL OR LEMON LAWS APPLY HERE!! I am really aggravated by the cavalier way the service advisor is treating me and blatantly lying to my face! Not what I would expect from a service professional, purported to providing a customer-oriented service experience. That's definitely not my experience and that will definitely influence my next vehicle purchase!

Steve, the salesman, was more than a salesman. He answered all of my questions in a professional manner and if he didn't know, or wasn't sure on something, he would ask. I ended up signing paperwork late in the evening and decided not to take the car that night. While the car I originally wanted was getting detailed they noticed some issues with the paint and fixed what they could, but there were still issues. Steve, being the person he is, was not about to let me drive off with a vehicle that had any kind of issues. Luckily they had another car in the same model and color and we just re-signed the paperwork. Great service all around. Thank you for everything! Roy T!!! You are the man!…read more I was searching for a C300 with specific features and found one 3 hours away. Roy and I handled all negotiations over phone, text, and email before I made the trip. When I purchased, there were no surprise fees or charges. What I really appreciated was being treated as an equal by Roy as well as the entire dealership. There are plenty of times where professionals will discuss with my husband even though I am the ultimate decision maker for my car. Minor details that could've been a hassle if it wasn't for Roy's communication, follow-through, and general professionalism: - The C300 had a few small paint chips from normal wear and tear. - The spoiler wasn't attached properly Solutions: Roy said he'd mail over a touch-up kit, and he did. He also advised me to take it to my local Mercedes dealership for warranty repair (I didnt have the time to wait for the service to be done same-day at Ed Hicks). I followed up with my local dealership and like roy said, it was covered under warranty and everything went smoothly. The whole experience was easy, honest, and pleasant. I'm planning to buy future cars from Roy

When we arrive for our scheduled appointment instead of showing us the car and having a conversation he immediately asks " are you here to test drive and buy elsewhere". Truth is he knew the appointment was to look at the vehicle, but because we didn't agree to buy the car in 5 minutes he didn't show us any vehicles, didn't test drive anything and wasted my time. A dealership is for test driving vehicles and checking out vehicles, not forcing sales in the first 5 minutes. Steven was unprofessional, very unhelpful, and had commission breath.

The salesman confidently told me the car did not have a CVT transmission. It does. When I asked whether the transmission fluid had been serviced (it never had, across 159,000 miles), he refused to do a simple drain and fill and compared it to "back surgery on someone with no back pain." He handed me the dealership's own internal repair order, and that's where it got worse. It listed an "A/C Evacuate Recharge" that did not match what AutoNation reported to Carfax. It also documented a cooling system leak diagnosis, a cooling fan replacement, and a suspension/steering repair, none of which were disclosed to me. A cosmetic repair package had been declined internally, and two prior damage events on the Carfax were never mentioned. When I asked questions, the answers disappeared. The salesman repeatedly said he "wasn't a mechanic," couldn't find anyone who was, and didn't know how to find the information in their own system. The moment I started asking informed questions, his demeanor changed entirely. I did not buy the car. I purchased from another dealership the same day and was treated with honesty and respect. I documented everything and filed a complaint with AutoNation corporate. I asked only for accountability and better training, no compensation.
