Very clean. Good pizza. They have Pepsi products. You order at the counter and they will bring your order to your table.

Place is always busy when I go but very prompt. Quick to take your order (correctly) and deliver great food! A ton of options. We have gotten an array of things in the short time they have been open and it's always on point.

Large cheese pizza, Philly cheese steak, garlic knots, and ziti pasta

Would definitely come back. Pizza is super good. Best I've had in a while. Ziti pasta is 3.8/5. Philly cheese steak is super good as well. Will be bringing family and friends.

Food is good and i like this place but why is there no menu posted? Not a fan of having to read a takeout menu all the time.

He's now out of college (class of 2011) and when he comes home, there's gotta be a Rio Bertolini's meal in the mix. Amazing cut pasta, ravs, and the lightest gnocchi in town (the secret is in the ricotta). Fillings vary, as do the flavors of the pasta itself, but I haven't hit a stinker yet. Fresh, local produce whipped into shape by loving, and very talented hands. Plus Brian cranked out some stellar gelato last season, which I hope continues. And did I mention there is pizza dough, sauce, and usually some other taste treats available. Also, if you're of the gluten free dietary needs, you can get some really good GF pasta here. Brian or his gang of pasta peddlers show up at most of the local farmer's markets. If you haven't tried it, stop by and take some home. You won't be sorry. I promise.

I had the exact cash needed for my purchase and stop in weekly, so she should have opened up the cooler for me. Common decency! Long story short the owner also didn't show me any decency or have the respect to respond to my email which says a great deal about him as a business owner and his employee's lack of work ethic. A great way to lose money and customers! The ramp pasta is unique and the only positive thing I can say about this poorly run business!

For me, customer service matters. Lucca's went above and beyond for my family today with their…read moreservice. I was in the area visiting my mom and grandparents. My grandfather is on hospice and is close to the ends while my mom and grandma have been taking care of him. On Mother's Day, we visited to help and had a pretty rough day. Before we left, we wanted to give my mom and grandma a nice meal for Mother's Day. We called in two ribeyes with potatoes, salad and bread. I did ask if they could take extra care of the order and explained our situation so they knew how important this meal was. Not only was the absolute perfection, they made sure we had extra bread and butter, not just a small piece for them to split. The attention to detail to make sure this important meal was able to transport and still be perfect was something that many restaurants don't do without a request, but you can tell that they give this level of detailed attention to every order. Inside the restaurant, we watched as they took the same level of care with every dish. This level of customer service alone is enough to warrant return business. The quality of the food is an added bonus at that point. 10/10 go here if you are in the area!

I got the mushroom pizza and my favorite part was that it had lemon, which made the flavor of the mushrooms and greens pop! I also got the mussels in cream sauce for takeout and was delighted. Every single shelled mussel was perfectly cooked (no closed shells), the creamy sause was rich and so good. Def what I'd expect from fine dining, more so than a cute neighborhood pizza shop. A bonus is that it is family owed. I didn't get to witness it, but apparently on some night, one of the family memebers will play the saxophone (or some other brass instrument- can't remember) for guests. Also, the servers are super kind and attentive. Vibes are fantastic! Pop in here if you get a chance. It fills up on weekend nights- so come early if you can!

It was dead - no other visitors on a weekend afternoon, we were the only table sat for lunch. Service left a lot to be desired, they seemed to have some internal communication issues because the waitress kept saying she thought they were out of things and had to check with the kitchen, but then they did actually have ingredients in stock. She also walked away when I was in the middle of asking her a question. I think the business would benefit from further training for the service staff including suggestive selling, how to accurately quote portion sizes, and how to create a "wow" experience for customers. I do appreciate that they offer a gluten free crust (14" cauliflower), but apart from that there wasn't much "great" about it. Pizza tasted pretty average, they were sparing with toppings and sauce (except for the Ms. Figgy - that was overpowering). I'm concerned for how the business is staying open with such a large place on the waterfront, but not many patrons even on weekends. We passed by later that evening around dinner time and there were still few customers seated to eat.
