I have never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment and with serious complaints, I have been able to get in same day. Everyone in the office treats me with unconditional positive regard. Dr. Garrett is attentive and jovial and genuinely concerned with every complaint I have ever brought to him, eager to help me seek resolutions. I will never see another doctor.

A doctor should do more than just shake your hand like listening to your chest looking down your throat checking your ears he does nothing but shake your hand and send you a bill. And if you have any questions that you may have forgotten to ask he wants you to go back in for another office visit.

Her staff are always easy to talk to and get billing/appointments with. Nurse is very nice and a pleasure to work with. Dr.Cooper definitely had gotten more busy since I've started seeing her. So understandably she's spread more thin. Yet I still feel like I'm not just a number and listened to. Which is very rare these days. Highly recommend her. Yet kinda wish I could keep her a secret lol.

I was referred to a very nice pulmonologist and Dr Cooper called me to make sure that I had an appointment and didn't need any further assistance with that. I have found it unusual to see a doctor and feel cared for. At Dr Coopers office I feel that the care was very good
