She not only takes in and remembers what you share, but she is able to see the bigger picture of where you are and what you're experiencing. I found this to be very helpful because sometimes when your brain feels all over the place, having someone who can unravel the string to reflect where you're at can be so validating and helpful. Her style of therapy, along with EMDR, felt solution-based, which worked well for me. She'd ask if I wanted to talk or do EMDR, and regardless of which I chose, it felt like during each session we were able to focus on a specific challenge or wound and do healing work to understand where the pain was stemming from. I've had many therapists, and Michele is by far my favorite. I felt huge shifts and growth from my time working with her. It was noticeable in every aspect of my life. In other therapy sessions I've left feeling confused, like I didn't know what I'd accomplished. With Michele, I always knew what we were addressing during the session and it felt applicable to my life and healing. I paid a $7,650 upfront deposit as instructed in order to coordinate an intervention for my mom - something I was told needed to happen "immediately" because she was at her rock bottom. After several emotional phone calls, I trusted Angela's guidance and moved forward. Ultimately, the intervention never happened because my mom wasn't ready. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of follow-up, support, or any offer of a partial refund, despite the fact that nothing was ever carried out. At the time, I was 26 years old, paying out of my own savings, trying desperately to help my mother. Instead of feeling supported, I was left feeling taken advantage of, financially and emotionally. I understand that not every situation goes as planned, but the absence of integrity, communication, and accountability in this process was devastating. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with this company. I hope you enjoyed a free $7,650 to your bank account, Angela. 5 years later I cannot get over the money you stole from me. Isn't the most important step, getting evaluated and on the correct medication therapy so you can regain control of your life? Maybe someone lost their license to prescribe medications. Regardless, they mislead you and give perspective patients a false sense of hope. Time to look for a legitimate facility.

I don't know if going above and beyond the call of duty is par for the course with her, but she did with me.
