They switched for a new masseuse halfway through, because the first masseuse had an appointment at that time apparently. Then the second masseuse starts over from the back, it seemed they did knowledge transfer whatsoever.

First of all their board with prices is misleading. You are better off getting a regular $70…read moremassage and good tip for $100. Most places give hot stone for free but not here. Every massage on list adds charge for hot stone, extra little treatments and table shower for oil removal. I thought paying higher price would be more of a real spa experience for that much but would have been better with basic massage price. The 90 minute massage was just decent compared to all in upstate. And hammering a client for tip who already is very generous just leaves a feeling of total ripoff with me.

She has the strength in her hands to provide pressure and technique where and when needed. She also has the ability to put people at ease and you "actually get" the time that you pay for on the table. I truly believe that Jenna cares about her clients and shows that in her massage. I fully intend to return and to refer and recommend Jenna to friends and relatives.

I made an appointment two weeks in advance online and we had everything set up. She was 30 minutes late for a 60 minute massage. Sadly I can't depend on coming back for a long time, no matter how much I would like a massage. I am a very prompt person and I expect others to do so as well. Good luck in your business, Jenna.

I paid $60 for a 30 minute massage and she stops the massage after about 15 minutes in. Before I go any further, the massage was very weak, unenthusiatic, with no skill at all. After about 15 min, she asks for tips. Why would I give you a tip if you didn't give me my full time, and also you half assed the massage? Horrible experience and I don't recommend this place at all. I need my money back. Complete waste.

She checked to make sure the pressure was okay and that I was comfortable and the rest was pure bliss and relaxation. It was definitely the full 60 minutes and I feel that she absolutely gives you your money's worth. It was one of the best massages I've received! At the end I felt so refreshed! She offers instant gift cards so if you purchase 2 or more one hour sessions the price drops $10! And her prices are very reasonable! I've already recommended her to some friends and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
