But in walked into this cute building, I was greeted by the warmest and sweetest lady Wendy, who also happened to be the owner. She was so patient as I described my congestion symptoms and took the time to educate me on how ozone therapy could help. I will say that I was skeptical initially...but after just 2 treatments, I was able to breathe better that I ever could in YEARS. I even took my family the second time because our son had an ear infection and Wendy basically zapped it away. Sounds too good to be true, I know, but it was such a relief to see my son feeling like his normal happy self so quickly. Can't wait to try come back to try their sauna and foot bath next time!

They were the most pleasant and kind medical professionals I've had the opportunity to work with in quite a long time. It was very quick to get in to see the doctor (less than 10 minutes) and once I did - I noticed what sets Dr. Ferrell apart from other physicians. Dr. Ferrell listened to my concerns (without a look of judgement/content or plain narcissism as is with most specialist I've encountered), provided sincere feedback, recommendations (a variety of alternative medical treatments are being planned) to get me back to a place of normalcy. He was compassionate, knowledgable and definitely willing to think outside the box when it comes to medical treatment to ensure his patients are, not only well taken care of, but able to improve their mental health associated with some of these terrible pain conditions as well as social disorders. The appointment was scheduled as the final one of the day - and Dr. Ferrell made sure we covered each topic of personal concern, provided recommendations and then put a plan in place before I left the appointment (which had gone over at this point by at least 45 minutes due to the fact he TRULY listens to his patients). Dr. Ferrell wants to not only understand the cause of the immediate issue - but also the root cause - which is so refreshing in a day where most doctors could honestly care less. Most doctors/specialist have become so jaded and should be a positive influence in the lives of their patients - but the sad truth is most do not. Most instances are you are cattle - get as many patients in - rush through "what you need" and then provide no natural recommendations/exercises (and not just, "Oh - yoga will help that") which can assist with living with a chronic pain disorder. He understands each patient is different and by understanding the root cause of the issues - he can make recommendations which make sense. The fact his first medicinal choices were always non-narcotic was refreshing as we continued to discuss my issues. He has such a deep knowledge in the area of pain management, and as mentioned before, willing to try a variety of methods of treatment so he can provide a personalized plan for each one of his patients. I would recommend his office to those who are truly living in pain daily as well as dealing with the depression associated with this chronic condition. It seems he understands what it means to actually walk a day in "our shoes" - which will make him a far better pain management specialist than 100% of the "doctor's" in the DFW Metroplex. There is no need to find another doctor for me. He is a good doctor, a great specialist and very talented.
